What amenities are included in the property?

All our properties come furnished with a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette including a microwave, blender, drip coffee maker, toaster, iron/ironing board, dishes, pots, pans and silverware. Some properties also have a K-cup coffee maker. Bed linens, bath and pool towels are provided. Shampoo and body wash are in each bathroom. As far as laundry soap, hand soap, toilet paper and paper towels, we will provide a start up supply, but we do not replenish these items during your stay.

Does my property have high-speed internet?

Yes, all properties have free, high speed internet. Keep in mind that Key West is in the tropics. Storms and power outages are frequent and may affect internet connections, especially during hurricane season which is June through November.

Who do I contact if there is a problem during my stay?

Guests should contact our office to report any maintenance or housekeeping issues. Our office is open daily from 9am to 5pm, excluding normal holidays. If there is a true emergency outside of business hours, we do have on-call staff available by calling our emergency line at 305-296-1218.

How do we get to the property?

You will receive contact-less check-in instructions via email prior to your arrival. If your vacation rental requires check-in at our office, (1075 Duval St. C-11) we will provide you with keys and directions to your property at that time.

What is the property’s address & phone number?

Both the address and telephone number of your property are located on your rental agreement.

Is there daily turn down service or interim cleaning provided?

Prior to your arrival and after your departure your rental will be thoroughly cleaned by a professional cleaning company and inspected by one of our staff members. We can arrange for daily cleaning or an interim cleaning at an additional cost with at least 48hrs notice.

What are the check in and check out procedures and times?

Most of our properties have a check in time of 3pm or later. Larger homes, 4 bedrooms or more have a 4pm check in time, as it takes more time to clean them. Check out time is 10am. We always try to accommodate early and late check in and out requests when possible. $150 may apply. Guests can see detailed check in instructions once they book, through the Rent Key West Guest Portal.

This is my first time to Key West… what should I bring along?

Key West’s dress attire is very casual. You can usually get by with wearing shorts and a t-shirt just (or a polo or collared shirt) about anywhere. However, if you do feel like dressing up, you will not feel overdressed at the island’s many finer dining establishments. Be sure to bring a comfortable pair of shoes, as you can walk almost anywhere. It’s not unusual to get a rain shower out of nowhere, so light rain gear would not hurt. When you check in there are brochures available with options for dining, shopping, water activities, and bike rentals.

Is smoking allowed at our properties?

We allow guests to smoke at our properties as long as all windows and doors are closed. Condo complexes and compounds may have no smoking areas posted on the premises. Our rental agreement states any violation of smoking inside the property, guests will be charged $750. Keep in mind that if we have no control people smoking nearby our properties. SMOKING in any of our properties. Smoking outside is permitted. Please be kind to our gardens & the environment by picking pick up cigarette butts and disposing of them properly. You will be charged an extra cleaning fee if there is smoking inside the unit. This policy is strictly enforced.

Should we rent a car?

For the most part, guests find that a rental car is not necessary. Bicycles, golf carts and scooters are a fun, but practical way to get around the island. Most of the vacation rental properties are in “Old Town” within a 5 to 15 minute walk to Duval Street, Historic Seaport area and Mallory Square
