What amenities are included in the property?
All our properties come furnished with a fully equipped kitchen including a microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, iron/ironing board, dishes, pots and pans and silverware. All linens and sheets are provided. As far as laundry soap, hand soap, toilet paper, we will provide you enough to start with- anything above that would be your responsibility to purchase.
How do we get to the property?
You will receive contact-less check-in instructions via email prior to your arrival. If your vacation rental requires check-in at our office, (1075 Duval St. C-11) we will provide you with keys and directions to your property at that time.
What is the property’s address & phone number?
Both the address and telephone number of your property are located on your rental agreement.
Who do I contact if there is a problem?
Please contact our office to report any maintenance/housekeeping issues you might have. If it is not during our regular business hours, please contact our emergency line at 305-296-1218.
Is there a daily maid service?
Prior to your arrival and after your departure, your house or condo will be thoroughly cleaned. We do not provide daily maid service, but we can arrange it for an additional charge.
Do we leave the property as we found it?
Since it is your vacation, we don’t ask that you do all the work, but we do ask for you to load the dishwasher and start a load of laundry. Upon check-in, you will be given a sheet with further check-out instructions.
This is my first time to Key West… what should I bring along?
Key West’s dress attire is very casual. You can usually get by with wearing shorts and a t-shirt just (or a polo or collared shirt) about anywhere. However, if you do feel like dressing up, you will not feel overdressed at the island’s many finer dining establishments. Be sure to bring a comfortable pair of shoes, as you can walk almost anywhere. It’s not unusual to get a rain shower out of nowhere, so light rain gear would not hurt. When you check in there are brochures available with options for dining, shopping, water activities, and bike rentals.
Does my property have high-speed internet?
Most properties have high-speed internet. If your property has high-speed internet, it will be noted on our website and also on your check-in paperwork.
Keep in mind there is NO SMOKING in any of our properties. Smoking outside is permitted. Please be kind to our gardens & the environment by picking pick up cigarette butts and disposing of them properly. You will be charged an extra cleaning fee if there is smoking inside the unit. This policy is strictly enforced.
