The Villa is a newer built poolside home, situated steps away from famous Duval Street, the historic seaport and everything that old town Key West has to offer, but its privacy fencing and quieter location offer a secure, relaxing retreat.

The Villa’s soothing color palate welcomes you with warm sand tones and relaxing hues of blue. The design is the perfect balance of modern furnishings, some leather and wood. The beautiful earth tone travertine marble floors are laid throughout the house. The open concept living, dining and cooking offers a kitchen with sleek wooden cabinets, granite counter tops, top-of-the-line appliances and fixtures.

All of the bedrooms are ensuite; three of the bedrooms have king size beds and one that has two twins, which can easily be made into a fourth king. The bathrooms in the king size bedrooms have large walk-in, tiled showers and the bedroom with the twin beds offers a bathtub with in-tub tiled shower.

Step through the living area sliding glass door and onto the deck where your inviting custom designed L shape pool with jacuzzi jets awaits. The decking and pool curve around the villa where you will find a covered deck with a long granite bar-top with seating which also provides the perfect place for arranging a poolside buffet brunch, lunch or dinner. French doors lead back into the open concept living space.
