The property was superb; well-located within historical neighborhood and walking-distance to main attractions: Hemingway home, Duval Street, harbor shopping, & restaurants, yet private. Not the best for sunning poolside as property is mostly shaded. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities complete (wifi, smart TV, AC, washer/dryer) and parking in private lot out the door. I will rent with this group again. Excellent experience.

very nice unit. clean - close to duvall. the only complaint is the bedding. all of the mattresses need to be replaced - master mattress - has a "dent" and is very squeaky. twin beds - cot like mattress. downstairs mattress was OK- everything else was perfect

The place is large enough to accommodate 6 people and there is room for everyone. It is beautifully decorated and top of the line appliances! This place was gorgeous and meticulously clean! It is even nicer than the photos express. The location is perfect and we walked everywhere we went...literally.Brad let us store our luggage at the rental office until we could check in and did the same after check out since our flight was late. We especially enjoyed Key West Cuban Coffee which is a short walk and the food was amazingly fresh and tasty!
