Open the door to Paradise Place and find yourself transported to a peaceful sanctuary.
The downstairs living area is decorated with warm wood floors, blue and sand accents and provides plenty of space for entertaining. French doors lead out to a large covered and private patio area. The kitchen features modern appliances, clean white cabinets and a dramatic granite countertop that seats four for dining.
Upstairs, the primary bedroom is a calming oasis of ocean blue green accents. A spa-like ensuite bath features a large step in shower and generous vanity. A second balcony provides a private outdoor space to enjoy your morning coffee. The second bedroom features a queen size bed and another ensuite bath.
Duval Square is located in the heart of Old Town Key West, yet is secluded away upstairs from the crowds. Delicious restaurants and unique shops are located in the quaint courtyard below. A bright and sunny rooftop pool and pavilion area are just few steps from your front door. This home also features one reserved parking space in the secure, gated garage.

Great experience. We had some special requests with my mom and rental for oxygen machine and everyone was very helpful and accommodating and even put the machine in our unit so it was there when we arrived! Great customer service, highly recommend staying here!

Prime Location - Spotlessly Clean and Cozy

The Duval location puts it close to everything and I especially liked the comfortable bed, the secluded patio, the open kitchen and the night-time quiet.

We stay at Duval Square every year and switch condos, this has been our favorite so far, love the set up and the kitchen area and how open the floor plan is. There was 4 adults and we had well enough space . The smaller bedroom was a nice size and the bathroom was also spacious. We would definitely stay at this condo again. Thank you

First time in Key West and we loved our condo! Great location and the condo was updated, clean and had plenty of room for the four of us. Our Rental was everything and more! One of the best rentals we’ve had on our yearly vacations. The place was equipped with everything you could ask for especially in the kitchen. Fully stocked with pretty much everything. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The complex itself is well kept and quiet while still being right on the Main Street in key west. Having a parking spot in the gated garage was also a major plus. We will definitely be back and I would recommend this rental to anyone without hesitation!

Location is wonderful. Pool is great. The mattresses in both bedrooms need to be replaced. There should be a better pillow selection as well. The sectional in the living room is very uncomfortable. Everything else was perfect. When people visit Key West, they walk a LOT so sleeping and relaxing at night is important and updates should be made to make sitting and sleeping more comfortable. We love rentkeywest and will definitely be back!

Beautiful home in great location

This home sat right in duval street above a plaza with restaurants, nail lounge and more! It was very quiet while still being in the liveliness of duval street. It was walking distance to many attractions and beaches, and had the perfect sized pool deck for days you wanted to kick back and relax at home. The condo was clean, quite, and very comfortable. We were worried it might be too noisy being right on Duval but that wasnt the case. It was very quite! The AC was ice cold, the kitchen had everything needed including paper towels and coffee filters. For our 5th time visiting Key West, Duval Square was a great location for walking around Key West. We only needed an uber to get to the golf course and airport.The property was clean and spacious. Our flight was cancelled on arrival day, but the property manager made sure we could get in the next morning at 8am, before their office opened. This worked out great for us.We loved Live Action Fishing chartered fishing boats, Danger Charter Snorkle & Kayak Sail, Blue Ice Sunset Sail, and Key West Golf Course. Oh, and the Walking Food Tour was a delicious and informative way to start off our vacation! We will definitely return to Key West!

Our Second Visit Even Better Than The First

This was our second time staying at Paradise Place. Our previous visit in January 2020 was a five star experience; but we noticed even more upgrades and improvements for our recent visit. Begining with Jann and our booking experience, the staff at Rent Key West Vacations were great and very responsive to our needs. The only criticism we have is that we were not informed upon checking in that the washing machine was out of order. The staff was accommodating when we brought this to their attention and offered the use of the washer and dryer in their office. Otherwise, we throughly enjoyed the condo during our five day stay in Key West.

Great amenities! Clean and convenient location to all the shops and stores and a short bike ride to the beach. A bug thank you and much appreciated management coming and meeting us to put our luggage at the office on a Sunday when their normally closed because we had arrived before check in. Beach towels and plenty of toilet paper and even laundry soap was in the condo! We will be retuning again for sure.

We stayed at Duval Square last year and decided this was the perfect location- you’re on Duval Street but on the quiet end. You’re in waking distance to everything so there’s no need for a car. The townhouse we stayed in was beautiful and very clean - it had all the amenities you could need. The pool was nice to come back to after a long day of walking around. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and the people couldn’t have been nicer - would highly recommend.

We traveled with another couple and found that the accommodations were nice. This unit has one master and a smaller bedroom that also has an ensuite which made it work for us. The cooling in the unit and ceiling fans kept us comfortable. Location is perfect if you don't mind a quieter area and walking (or Ubering) to the busier parts of Duval Street, it wasn't a problem walking for us. There was an issue with the door lock but maintenance took care of it very quickly. The fan and misters in the outdoor patio did not work for us, that was a disappointment but did not ruin our stay at all. I would stay at this location and property again.

The location was perfect- right on Duval Street but on the quiet end, not the bar-filled end of the street, so it was quiet for sleeping, yet close enough to the action that you can walk or drive. We had a nice stay. On arrival the unit was very clean. The entry door was a bit challenging until we realized code must be entered quickly or it times out. The decor is very fresh and stylish. The kitchen is well stocked. Beds are very comfortable. We greatly appreciated the fans in the upstairs master bedroom. Our only negative was feeling rushed to exit at 10 am. Housekeeping knower to enter prior to 10 then knowledge again at exactly 10. We were packed and walking out as she stood at the door and waited.

I have stayed in Duval Square at least 5 times in the past 7 years and by far this was the nicest unit. It's appears to be new and well kept. Cleaning staff and management were great!

Upon arrival, we were unexpectedly moved to this condo. We were a little bummed at first but we were so pleased with the place as soon as we stepped foot inside. Super Cute Property !

Stayed for Lobster Fest weekend - just a few blocks down from all of the action !The property was just as advertised - clean and spacious !My only complaint - the bedrooms upstairs would get super hot - upon getting ready to check out, we noticed some fans in the upstairs closet - so it must be something mentioned in the past.Would definitely stay here again :)Manager's ResponseThank you for taking time to review our property, Paradise Place. Paradise Place was lovely -- well equipped, comfortable, and much nicer than the photos (usually it's the other way around). The rental agency was attentive and helpful, too. My family would stay here again anytime, and we probably will!

Good. Our only problem is that the unit smelled like the previous occupants had smoked.The odor was so strong that clothes that I had washed there had to be rewashed when I got home because they had a smoke smell. It was too hot to open the windows!

Paradise Place at Duval Square

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It is a bright and airy space downstairs with a gorgeous terrace where we ate breakfast and read our books before going out to explore. There are two good sized bedrooms both en suite. It is ideally located just off Duval St but nevertheless very quiet. You have the shared use of a small pool which can be busy and unfortunately every time we visited, very noisy with loud music playing. The property management team and concierge services were great. Very helpful!

Good location, Spacious and Clean

The unit was exactly as described. The location was near many restaurants and a short walk (maybe 0.5 miles) to most of the buzz on Duval and Mallory Square. Uber rides are about $10 per trip if you chose that over walking. The unit also came with parking which i was not aware of but came in handy towards the end of our stay when we rented a car for travels up to other keys. The bed and pillows in the master bedroom were not the best and could use an upgrade. The air handler is in the kitchen. If you are watching TV in the living room and the unit comes on, it is extremely loud and it becomes difficult to hear the TV. This was not a deal breaker for us, as we were not there to watch TV, but is something to note if you decide to do so. TIP: The building is nicely secure which I appreciate however . We had a late Checkin on Friday and the rental company was closed until Monday. We were only left one key to access the building which was problematic on Sunday when my husband went fishing, father-in-law went golfing and I went to the spa. We only had one key so juggling everyone’s scheduled was unnecessarily troublesome. I would have appreciated being asked if i needed additional keys if the office was going to be closed for a couple of days. They company did call me about 3pm on Monday to ask if i needed extra keys and to remind me of my check out time on Wednesday. Overall was a good place and I appreciated how clean it was and that it was as represented on line. I would recommend this unit.

Wonderful Week in Key West!

We had a great time in this condo! It was very comfortable for our party of 5. We had 4 adults and a 10 year old and it had no issue accommodating us. The location is perfect as it is right on Duval Street and provides easy access to the bars & shops. It's also just a short walk away from multiple beaches. Perhaps most importantly, the unit was extremely clean! I definitely recommend this place!

Great getaway

Our rental was wonderful from meeting the staff to finding our unit, everything was a true pleasure. Off the beaten path and closer to the quiet side of Duval the entire party had an enjoyable time. Balcony was nice with fans and mister, bedrooms were comfortable, large living area & kitchen. Lots close by to do, see, and eat at. Far from Mallory Sq if you're not a walker. Loved this place.

Great hideaway

It's the best thing ever to travel and have all the accoutrements of home. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and there is a half on the main floor. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, real cable TV for when you just can't move, comfy furniture, soft bedding and honest to goodness WiFi. It's very well located on the quiet side, but a matter of 3-4 blocks to the real action when you want it. Also, it's got a convenience store at the corner and a square of shops attached.
