Framed by a white picket fence and a mature mango tree, this one-level cottage features pine floors and Dade County pine walls throughout. The front bedroom is spacious with 6 windows and a king size bed. The second bedroom offers two closets and  a private bath.

The large living room fully opens to a lush, private, fenced yard with a wooden deck, palm trees, orchids, a coffee plant, and bamboo plants. The kitchen is open to the living room with granite countertops, white cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. There is a ladder to the loft which offers extra storage space. Fully furnished, beach chairs and beach towels also provided.

We have rented this property for the month of April for going on 8 years. There were a few glitches on arrival, but the overall was wonderful once things were ironed out.
