Framed by a white picket fence and a mature mango tree, this one-level cottage features pine floors and Dade County pine walls throughout. The front bedroom is spacious with 6 windows and a king size bed. The second bedroom offers two closets and a private bath.
The large living room fully opens to a lush, private, fenced yard with a wooden deck, palm trees, orchids, a coffee plant, and bamboo plants. The kitchen is open to the living room with granite countertops, white cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. There is a ladder to the loft which offers extra storage space. Fully furnished, beach chairs and beach towels also provided.
