The property features a 70 ft pool fronting the Atlantic Ocean. A 12-person jacuzzi awaits. A courtyard changing room sauna is yours to enjoy. There is a Fitness Room, large picnic and barbecue area surrounded by the tropical gardens.

One clay and two hard court lighted tennis courts are yours to enjoy at no additional cost. The largest beach in Key West, Smather's Beach, is adjacent to this condominium complex, offering white sand, palm trees, lounge chair and umbrella rentals, volleyball nets, sailboat rentals, and parasailing. An extensive leisure trail for walking, jogging, and bike riding fronts this beach.

Old Town, Key West's hub of shopping, dining, live entertainment, art galleries, and sightseeing, is just one-and-one-half miles away. Please note; the 1800 Atlantic Condo Association requires additional registration, which includes providing copies of photo IDs for everyone over the age of 17, in advance of your arrival. Details will be provided along with your RKWV rental agreement.

Each unit is issued one numbered parking spot located in the gated garage at no additional charge. The clearance for the garage is 6ft 2 in so large SUV’s and Trucks will need to park outside. One additional parking pass for outside parking may be given, but space is limited. Please note that motor homes, boats, wave runners or trailers are allowed on property. Also vehicles with logo’s will need to have magnets covering the logo’s.
