This grand historic home was built in the 1890′s and has been host to many luxurious parties and events. Just one block from the celebrated Duval Street, watch the world go by from your large front porch. Just one block away there are over 500 different stores, restaurants, galleries and bars located within 1.25 miles—ocean to ocean.

Enter the home and be greeted in the foyer by an antique crystal chandelier. To your right is one of the two large living areas. The first living room is formal, yet comfortable. The second is the TV room, complete with large cable television and DVD player. There is a powder room off of the foyer, and a dining room with seating for up to six people. In the rear of the first level is the full gourmet kitchen with everything you need to cook, prepare, and serve up a magnificent meal. Off of the kitchen is a covered deck with table and chairs where you can sun-bathe in the privacy of your own backyard or grill up some fresh local seafood on your gas BBQ grill.

Venture up the lavish solid wood staircase there are two private bedrooms with king beds and a third with a queen bed. A large full bath sits at the end of the hall, and a second full bath with a walk-in shower and double vanity was added in January 2018. The bathrooms feature luxurious and hair dryers for your convenience after a long day at the beach.

The home has off-street parking for up to three vehicles (a unusual luxury in Key West). Enjoy what all Key West has to offer while having a home base at the beautiful Key West Conch.

This is a monthly rental and only rents from the first of the month to the end of the month. We cannot split months.
