Long term monthly Key West vacation home near the beach. In the quiet Casa Marina area this rental offers a private pool and 3 bedrooms. Newly refurbished with a new kitchen and living room.
The newly remodeled Higgs Beach Hideaway offers all the amenities for a long term stay in Key West. This tropical home features 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths located in the quiet Casa Marina district of town and sits just minutes to the beach.
The living room is spacious and comfortable with an open floor plan for a night in visiting with guests or family. The new remodeled kitchen offers a new state-of-the-art range, microwave, blender, and all the essentials to prepare a gourmet meal at home. You can go casual and serve it in the breakfast room or opt for the formal dining room.
The bright and sunny solarium offers french doors that open to a tropical pool with waterfall. There is plenty of patio space for working on your tan or just to sit and read a book and enjoy the cool ocean breeze.
The primary bedroom offers a comfortable king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed while the third room has two twin beds. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. The guest bath has been totally remodeled with gorgeous tile and a large shower with glass doors. There is also plenty of parking for everyone.
This is a monthly rental and only rents from the first of the month to the end of the month. We can not split months.
