Duval Square Delight is located in a quaint condo community just steps from Duval Street. Upstairs there are residential units and a rooftop pool, while downstairs there are shops and restaurants amidst mature, tropical landscaping. Duval Square Delight is right in the middle of the action, yet the home feels private, quiet and secluded.

This condo has been recently upgraded and redecorated. The kitchen features granite countertops and stainless appliances, while the open living area is washed in cool blue and cream colors. The living area opens up to a warm, private balcony.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom has an ensuite bath and a private, sunny balcony. The second bedroom also has an ensuite bath and ample natural light.

Duval Square Delight is equipped with a washer/dryer, flat screen televisions, high speed wifi, and a designated parking space in the gated garage. There is elevator access from the ground level to the condos above.

Elevator Access UPDATE: The Duval Square Association's Property Management Company has just informed us that the elevator will be down as of Sept 5th and is not scheduled to be up and running for at least 3-4 weeks. Pricing has been adjusted and is reflective of this being a walk-up condo unit during this time period. There will only be staircase access during this time for all people and luggage. Rent Key West Vacations has no control over this project.
