This recently, beautifully renovated circa 1943 home offers three bedrooms and two full and one half baths. The main floor consists of an open living, dining and kitchen concept, half bath powder room, stackable washer/ dryer and the primary ensuite.

The lightly whitewashed Dade County Pine walls and stained floors have been meticulously restored and welcome you into the open living, dining and kitchen. The kitchen island offers prep space and seating. The comfortable couches provide conversation space and viewing of the large screen television.

The main floor primary ensuite features a king size bed. The large bathroom has a glorious step-in shower. The bathroom also offers a large sink and vanity combination.

The upstairs front bedroom has two twin beds as well as a desk overlooking Olivia Street. The hall bathroom features a large step in shower with windows letting in the light and the feeling of the tropical outdoors, but the tops of the palm trees provide ample privacy.

The second upstairs bedroom has a queen size bed. Like the other bedrooms, this one also has plenty of closet and drawer space to unpack for your island vacation.

Around the corner from your front door lies the double doors to the pool area. Enjoy lounging and a dip in the heated pool, or a refreshing dip during the summer.
