A large screen TV adorns one wall perfect for movie night. The wall of glass doors can be opened for true indoor/outdoor living encompassing the outdoor entertainment space. The designer kitchen is a true chef's kitchen with top of the line appliances, two tone cabinetry, wine fridge, ice maker and onyx stone counters.

At the back of the home is an office, perfect to work and watch the market all at once. With convenient access to the pool, it's perfect for that work-relax balance! The office also has a sleeper sofa and TV. A separate flight of stairs from the office will take you up to a bonus living space with a king bed and a full bath with shower.

Also on the first floor, guests have the laundry room with side door to the carport and a full bath with side door for access directly from the pool.

Sleeping Accommodations...
All of the five bedrooms are on the second floor of the house. The Main bedroom opens to the back veranda overlooking the pool and features a beautiful modern canopy king bed. A large closet with organizers provides ample storage. The main bath has a long double vanity, large walk-in shower and large jetted tub.

The other bedroom in the back of the house has a king bed with ensuite bathroom and is accessed by a separate set of stairs.

Two front bedrooms, each with luxurious queen beds, open to the front veranda of the home. The orange accented bedroom has an attached ensuite bath with shower. In the center of the house, opposite the hall full bath, is the twin bedroom.

Outdoors...
There is plenty of opportunity to enjoy the outdoor living spaces of this beautiful home. The large back porch off the living area has sectional sofa on the upper level and then steps down to the pool, spa and additional patio space, complete with patio dining and built-in barbeque. Entertain or relax...we leave that choice to you.

Other Information...
There is an extra deep, single width, carport on the right side of the property that will accommodate 2 cars mostly underneath the roof depending on size of vehicle. The street is narrow, but street parking is allowed if needed for additional guests.

Please note: This is a Monthly vacation rental with a minimum stay of 30 days, excluding February.
