Welcome to Casa Bonita! This two-story townhome is located at Duval Square in the 1000 block of Duval, giving you an ideal location to host your Key West vacation. Casa Bonita’s spacious interior features an open living, dining & kitchen along with a half bath on the first floor. French doors lead out to the first of two balconies for you to enjoy. The outdoor dining table is perfect place to have your morning breakfast before heading out on a sailboat excursion or a late evening card game with friends. The kitchen is fully equipped for light meals, as well as has a washer/dryer for your use during your stay.
Wander upstairs to the two ensuite bedrooms. The main bedroom with its sunshine colored walls is bright and spacious with a king bed, television and large walk-in shower. Another balcony is off the main bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite bath and bathtub.
Nestled in the center of Old Town Key West, Casa Bonita places visitors within easy reach of the island’s top attractions. Guests can walk to notable sites such as the Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum and the famous Key West Lighthouse, or enjoy a short, 0.25-mile walk to South Beach for some sun and relaxation. Just a mile away, Fort Zachary Taylor State Park offers opportunities for swimming, picnicking, and scenic hikes through nature. With Duval Street right nearby, travelers can also indulge in local cuisine, shop at unique boutiques, and join in on lively events throughout the year—fully immersing themselves in the vibrant spirit of Key West.
Duval Square Condominiums is a mixed use development with shops, restaurants and offices on the ground floor, including our Rent Key West Vacations and sister company, Beach Club Brokers for all of your real estate needs. Three sets of steps as well as the elevator, all with secured access, will get you up to the residential level. Overlooking Duval Street is a large pavilion with dining furniture directly adjacent to the community swimming pool and sun lounging area.

The staff made check in super easy with quick communication and excellent instructions. The unit was clean and well equipped with everything needs for our stay. We came with my wife and three boys and the space was perfect. Great location and close to all the things.

The unit has everything you need. The master bed was comfy but my friend said the guest bed needed a softer mattress.

We had excellent stay at number one Casa Bonita. The only two issues we had were the half bath downstairs is leaking water constantly, and the TV in the small bedroom upstairs does not work. Everything else was great we appreciate our help from Rent Key West.

My family and I stayed at Casa Bonita @ Duval Square for three nights and had a great stay!
We opted to stay at this condo because of the optimal location and complimentary garage parking. The condos are on the second floor of Duval Square (stairs + elevator available). It’s a great location to be close to many businesses, yet be granted privacy and quiet.
We communicated with Rent Key West who were very kind, flexible with check-in, gave very clear instructions. They were very communicative and thoughtfully set up a lockbox for keys since we were coming after hours.
The condo had a very cute interior that was consistent with the uploaded pictures. We were very happy to have a comfortable place to stay while also having all of our home amenities (dishwasher, fridge, stove, dishware). There were even beach towels and sunscreen prepared for us!
If you’re visiting Key West, I’d highly recommend staying here! We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to be back in the future!
