The Key West Beach Club is a quiet, peaceful residential building that sits directly on the water. The breathtaking view can be seen as soon as you enter the unit.
This spacious 2 bedroom unit features a large oceanfront balcony accessed from both the living/dining area and main bedroom suite. The unit features central AC/heat, WiFi, cable TV, washer/dryer, a well equipped kitchen, 2 baths, security entry, one reserved parking space in the garage and elevator access.
Resort amenities include two ocean side pools (one heated), tennis court, outside cooking facilities, workout room and sauna. NON SMOKING Sleeps 4-6
Please note; the Key West Beach Club Condo Association requires additional registration, which includes providing copies of photo IDs for everyone over the age of 17, in advance of your arrival. Details will be provided along with your RKWV rental agreement.
NO CHECK-INs ALLOWED AFTER 10 p.m. at the Key West Beach Club.

Beautiful unit, fantastic ocean view, tastefully decorated. Minor issues with sink drainage in master bath. Everything we needed was provided, pools were clean and well maintained. Great place and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment.

This was the PERFECT Key West condo for our vacation! It had everything we needed and more. The grounds are immaculately maintained. The condo is quiet. Friendly neighbors. But the star of the show was our amazing view on the balcony! Gorgeous sunsets every night. We used the hammock daily. The beds were comfortable with plenty of fresh linens. We would most definitely stay in this unit again!

Initially, the Rent Key West Vacations provided good customer service. This is our second stay at the Beach Club but our first stay in this unit. The Beach Club is a relatively small gated community with first class amenities, off street parking for more than one vehicle per unit if needed with spectacular views of the Atlantic from the units and pool areas. We have vacationed in Key West on many occasions and believe the Beach Club is one of if not the best. # 103 is well appointed unit and met all of our expectations. Good restaurants, attractions and beaches are within walking distance or a short bicycle ride away. We would highly recommend both the unit and complex for your consideration.

The Quiet Side

We had a lovely vacation in Key West. It’s not our first time there, and it won’t be our last. We love it here, but there was a neighbor who continuously smoked, which frequently blew into our patio area, reducing our outdoor enjoyment. The few glitches that one encounters on a trip were quickly handled by the rental agency. I highly praise everyone at Rent Key West.

Wonderful Getaway!

The view from this property is amazing - just how it is shown in the pictures. Location is just far enough away from the main town area, but a simple bike ride or uber away. There are great restaurants nearby and beaches. The condo was well-equipped and clean. The only thing it needs is a ceiling fan on the patio, otherwise everything was great. Highly recommend!

Sorry it took so long to write my review,, but we had a family emergency. We were very satisfied with our accommodations. The home was very clean, and modernized. We were 60 feet from the golf of Mexico. The location of our home was very quiet. We were able to walk to duval street each night. And umber home. We had a minor maintenance problem at the unit, which was fixed inside of 30 minutes. This was an outstanding vacation. I wish the the unit had beach chairs. This was a minor inconvenience. I would recommend this vrbo.

This condo had some of the best views to wake up to in the key west area!! If you are wanting to be right on the water this is the place to stay. The condo is also very spacious, beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen was very nice and had pots and pans to cook meals with. The pool area is also very nice to lounge and relax at!! This is a very quiet condo which we loved for a relaxing vacation in beautiful key west, but it’s also only a short Uber to Duval to eat, check out the bars and live music, and have fun. The only thing I will mention is that if you want to lay out on the small beach that the condo sits on you will need to bring some chairs of your own as we could not find any in the condo to use. I have told everyone that’s wanting to plan a key west trip that this is by far the best place to stay for the price, you will not regret booking here!!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in KW Beach Club #103! The condo was comfortably decorated, the bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and our porch view of the ocean was fabulous! One of the best features of this location was the peace and quiet. We ubered into Old Town several times for shopping and a few meals, but mostly enjoyed cooking in and dining on our porch watching the boats, sea birds, and water activities as the sun was setting. No complaints at all! We have already recommended this condo to several of our friends and will most definitely stay again!

It was simply amazing and so divine.. I didn't want to leave. I want to make this my mom permanent and I wouldn't rent it out. I am so thankful that they do rent this out for us to enjoy.. I have no complaints.. the jetted tub wasn't working and they came right away and fixed it.. Beautiful place to live and stay. Everything is close by even the other side of the key west. We was all over key west and took a trip to Miami, and the other keys. Key West is the best Keys <3 :)

The location on the quiet side of the island, virtually on top of the water, was great. Indoor parking was also wonderful. The unit itself was ok - adequately furnished, although the balcony seating was not as comfortable as we would have liked and we could not get the DVD player to work with a remote...ended up not using it anyway. Thought we had a coffee maker problem, and the Rent Key West folks were there quickly to find it was a GFI problem & fixed immediately. Kitchen things were ok. The bedroom doors need a bit of work to close properly. Loved watching the pelicans who did a great deal of fishing out in front. Felt very secure, and the unit was very clean and bug free. Would recommend to a friend with the above reservations.

Condo sits right on the ocean. It was a beautiful condo and was very clean. It was quiet and so relaxing. Not close to Duvall Street, but we rented scooters which were so much fun and so convenient. The pool was great, and we had it to ourselves all week. We walked to the pier often. The beds were comfy and we put the hammock to good use. Everything was perfect! I highly recommend this rental.

Clean, lovely, we loved the condo and the pool! The garage was great, we rented bikes and stowed them at parking spot. The balcony got a lot of action and we are investigating getting a hammock just like this one. Many naps were taken by both of us in that lovely hammock. The breezes off the water kept the midges away. I inline skated right from the condo into the elevator and down to the pier. Wow, we loved this place and did not want to leave!

Perfect ocean view

The ocean view is Perfect feom the large spacious balcony. We spent alot of our time just hanging out there. Its only a 5 min drive to anywhere else on the island, so its convenient to anywhere. The water is calm and shallow here, so we waded several times. There is alot of seaweed, but that is to be expected. We saw a shark, found several small hermit crabs and 3 very large ones, saw several other blue crabs, a couple sting rays, and pelicans diving for fish regularly. We would stay here again without hesitation. The inside is a little dated, especially the price. The master bedroom has no TV unless u swivel the one from the living room, which is a little weird at the price for this condo. But we didnt come for he inside- we came for the views from the balcony and its totally worth it!

Great experience staying at this condo! Balcony overlooked the ocean-spent most of our time enjoying the view. Fishing with Guide Tim was a success-happened to be VERY windy the week we were there- but managed to catch a nice tarpon! Went on a snorkel/ kayak tour with Danger that would recommend. The condo was in a perfect location-near two beaches and walking distance to town. Spent time at the pool which overlooks the ocean. The unit was very quiet.

Nothing better than an ocean view and hearing the waves hitting the shore line. The balcony over looking the Atlantic ocean was wonderful and comforting during our stay. Passing fishing trawlers and jet skiers with an occasional pelican sky diving after fish filled the mornings. The condo was everything as it was described and wouldn't hesitate to come back. Being located only 5 minutes from downtown made access to activities, food and entertainment very convenient. Loved Louie's Backyard for dinner and well within walking distance.

The photos of the rental are spot on. Nice and quiet location but not too far from events. I loved being able to have an app on my phone that I could refer to. I would definitely recommend this property for four or five people. You will need a car or scooter to get around with. Only slightly negative thing was if walking barefoot, your feet would get dirty from the floor tile.

I absolutely loved everything about this condo rental. I have rented for many years from VRBO where I originally found this listing and couldn't be happier. The property management company was more than helpful and even though this unit was a few hundred dollars more than others I looked at IT WAS WELL WORTH IT. Want to come back just need to figure out who will come with us next time. The unit was so spacious and the balcony made the stay. Sitting have our morning coffee and tea , watching the sky light up and the boats going out to see was the best. Being right on the ocean without the roadway between you was perfect. Halfway between Higgs Beach and Smathers Beach was perfect. Bike rentals and you can be anywhere in Key West in 15 minutes tops.Would have loved being there even longer than a week. Highly recommend to anyone looking for it all. Activities, beach, relaxation and bar scene with music everywhere. Best Meal: Shor Restaurant and Conch Republic Seafood Company. Best Bar Dantes pool bar in afternoon and Schooner Wharf evening. Can't wait to go back

Quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of Duval Street. Walking distance to Higgs Beach, Smathers Beach and White St Fishing Pier. Could have stayed near condo the whole week and been satisfied. View is awesome. Never been so relaxed on a vacation. Our first time to Key West. We are 'Hooked'!.

Beach Club 103

We stayed in this unit for one week over July 4 in 2014. It was a very fine unit, offering a fantastic view of the Atlantic ocean, just as shown in the picture. The sofa bed was pretty lumpy so we had to change some things around to get all six of us in a comfortable bed; someone had to sleep on a couch. It was clean, well outfitted, close enough to the attractions that we had good things to walk to in the mornings, and we could drive where we needed to go easily. July is HOT in Key West; we did't expect it to be so hot but once we adapted it was great.

Nice place. Quiet. Great view. Drive to Duval St when you want. Very relaxing. Could have spent the whole time there on the veranda.

Amazing View

This was our first condo experience in Key West and though I had some reservations, everything was fantastic! The view is amazing and there was plenty of space for our growing family to spread out. We traveled with two babies and my mom. My mom never heard the youngest baby crying at night from our room, so soundproofing is great. We were able to easily walk with the children to playgrounds on the beach and a couple of nearby restaurants. On a couple occasions, we walked from the Mallory Square area back to the condo. It's a bit of a hike (2.5 miles), but when the weather is so perfect, who cares?! We would definitely stay here again!

Location, Location, Location

The title says it all. I plan on coming back next year with the family as it was just my fiance and I this year. If I would have know that this place was so phenomenal then I wouldn't have planned any activities. I could have spent the entire week on the balcony. Well ok I would have went to the pool which was also amazing at some points. But if you want to leave this location also offers to beaches within walking distance. Mainly went to Higgs cause smathers had a lot of activities going on there. Just wanted to relax. Even if you have to go to Duvall or the Gulf side it is real easy via White St. If you don't consider a Beach Club condo then u are not thinking. Worth every penny. Also Paige, Laura, Steve and Brad are all amazing and on the ball. In fact the only compitant people I met my entire vaction. Great job guys and girls.

Relaxed Vacation

Condo was so addictive to just sit on balcony or poolside and relax by looking out over the ocean. Great security, a little dated, but clean and everything that was needed for an extended stay.

Beach Club #103 in Key West

We totaly enjoyed this unit and the proximity to the water. It was one of the most relaxing places we have ever been. The unit was perfect size for two couples who are looking for a quiet and relaxing place to stay - just far enough away from all of the partying that Duval St. can offer.

Beautiful scenery, could not hear any noises from other units, both pools heated, safe, just FABULOUS. Easy to bike to everything. Plan to repeat this experience next year.

Lovely Winter Break

Everything was very nice and comfortable. We had a great visit. I would just mention a few small details: The drawers in the kitchen were a bit messy and disorganized. We greatly enjoyed watching the pelicans and terns, however, we were not able to get the view of the sunset from the deck as well as we would have liked. The front area (door and window shades) needs some work.

Our only significant problem was that the condo was so comfortable and the balcony so fantastic that we spent most of our vacation relaxing on the balcony or by the pool. We probably missed out on some other Key West experiences. Actually came home relaxed and rested.
