Duval Square is a charming community with shops and restaurants downstairs and secure, quiet, private residences, pool and pavilion upstairs. Although the condo includes one assigned parking space in the gated garage, you can stroll anywhere from this conveniently located condo. All of the shops, galleries, restaurants, and attractions on and around Duval Street and nearby beaches are just a leisurely stroll away.
When you enter the home you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, spacious living room and a convenient half bath. French doors let in the natural sunshine and open to the private back deck with dining table and chairs perfect for outdoor entertaining.
On the second floor, you will find 2 bedroom suites, each with their own private bathroom and an additional private balcony off the primary suite.

Quiet stay right off of Duval.

Four of us stayed for a week for a special engagement. The location was great. Right on Duval, a couple of blocks from everything. Great shopping around the condo. Quiet pool right off of the street. Me and my husband booked this vacation rental for our anniversary trip in key west, and it was everything plus more, the crew was very helpful in accommodating us, i even had a package shipped out to the office (surprise gift for my husband) and they held it for me until we got there, the place was very spacious and roomy, we had our in laws there with us and they enjoyed the stay as well, it’s close enough to all the shops on Duval to walk to. We loved our stay!

Loved the gated community atmosphere. Clean and comfortable unit just steps from the pool gate. Nicely updated bathrooms. Enjoyed the outdoor patio and balcony in the evenings. Good proximity to all the usual old town experiences. I would recommend this rental to anyone looking to visit Key West. We would definitely book again.

It’s a short walk up Duval if you want to dive into the local scene or just stay home and enjoy the pool and restaurants in the Square. The Italian Pasta Garden as well as The Ocean grill are great restaurants as well as PaniniPainini. The pool area looks down on Duval and provides a great place to look down onto the parade without getting caught in the melee. Plus there is a hot tub to relax in. I’ve stayed here many times and I love it. Don’t forget it has private parking which is a premium in Key West. A definite great place to stay!!

The location of Duval Square is perfect! We were able to walk to all of the main attractions we wanted to see and having private parking also was a huge bonus. There was a group of 5 adults and a toddler and we were all accommodated efficiently! Joyce in the main office was a pleasure to work with and made sure we were taken care of. Very nice. The property was everything it claimed. The complex is a little noisy. Not so much from the noise on Duval as from the restaurants downstairs, the parrots from the restaurants and the chickens. The owner provided adequate supplies for washing and cleaning, etc. Everything was very comfortable.

We had a great visit and enjoyed our stay @ the Artist's House at Duval Square. We walked to restaurants, shops and Hemingway's House, all the way to Mallory Square one evening. Enjoyed the hot tub after all the walking. The covered, convenient parking was a real plus when we needed to drive.We enjoyed having 3 bathrooms, a laundry and full kitchen; being able to eat in for some meals helped save money.What could have been better? A few more cooking items such as measuring cups and a cutting board, etc. Wish the pool at the complex was larger. There were a few worn areas, particularly around doors and in the baths, but overall a great place to stay! Rent Key West Vacations is great to work with - we highly recommend. This rental was absolutely perfect for our vacation. Bedrooms were upstairs, the beds were both extremely comfortable, each bedroom has its own bath and another half bath downstairs. It is right on Duval Street , where most of the actionproin Key West takes place. We cooked breakfast and dinner in the unit and ate out on our private patio.
