After December 2025, the majority of the properties within Truman Annex will only be available for monthly stays of 29 nights or longer, due to the expiration of their short term rental permits that are not being renewed. If you love staying in Truman Annex, please check out our rental terms for a longer stay. In the summer, rates may equate to just 10 days of a previous short term stay but now you get the whole month!
