Enjoy endless views just feet away from the tranquil waters of the Atlantic Ocean. “Beach Club #304” is a serene waterfront oasis located in an upscale gated community within walking or biking distance to the local’s finest spots, including restaurants, beaches, shopping centers, bars and the infamous Duval Street. This condo prides itself for being one of the very few on the island thats its directly on the water.

The Living room of Beach Club #304 is brightly decorated exuding light from floor to ceiling. The breathtaking view can be seen as soon as you enter this spacious 2-bedroom coastal retreat, with comfortable seating for those spontaneous movie nights. The kitchen is fully equipped to make that perfect home cooked meal. Relax on the outdoor sofa or dine oceanside on your large, private balcony while soaking in the panoramic ocean views. The balcony is the perfect place to enjoy an evening cocktail or freshly brewed morning cup of coffee.

The Key West Beach Club Condo Association requires additional registration, which includes providing copies of photo IDs for everyone over the age of 17, in advance of your arrival. Details will be provided along with your RKWV rental agreement.

We stayed at Key West Beach Club #304 and it was fantastic. First, direct and unobstructed water views. Second, secure condo complex with 2 small, but gorgeous pools and a workout facility. Third, elevators and a gorgeous and large unit with 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and really nice, updated furnishings without a lot of junk around. But one of the highlights -- the deck overlooking the water. In the shade (great for us) and large enough for a dining room table and a large couch complex. We spent so much time on the deck reading, sleeping, lounging, and eating meals. This complex is quiet and safe. We did end up renting a golf cart because it is a hike to Duval and to most restaurants. This place is safe, clean, roomy, beautiful, and has a million dollar view. You will love it!

You couldn't have said it better! This condo is truly one of a kind! From the spacious balcony with the beautiful views and spacious condo. There is always plenty to do outdoors as well. We are happy to hear that you were able to enjoy it all! We hope to have you back again soon!

Better Than Expected

Everything was perfect! The application made me feel safe, parking was easy, elevator was always available (although we like taking the stairs), and the unit was amazing! The bedding and towels were top scale, the view was unmistakable and the location was convenient to everything. We enjoyed the community/campus with its pools, tennis court and work-out room. We were able to watch the family play in the ocean from our 40ft. deck, unbelievable!

The condo in KWBC was absolutely stunning! Everything was very clean and decorated beautifully. The towels and linens were very soft and lush. The view every morning was sunrise over turquoise water. Yes, there was the seaweed and an odor when you first went outside, but we got used to it very quickly, and it never kept us from using the balcony. As a matter of fact, we spent most of our time out there when we were at the condo and not out exploring the island. Loved having a parking spot at the condo, and stayed parked there until we actually left the island for dinner one night. We definitely got our steps in every day, but it was worth it! We will be coming back to Key West and booking KWBC #304 again. Thank you so much for sharing your piece of paradise with us!

The main reason we rented this condo was for the oceanview, and it did not disappoint! Sitting on the balcony during the day was one of our favorite things to do!The condo itself was stocked with all the necessities to make yourself comfortable and enjoy the area! This unit is away from all the action, but we had access to Uber, Uber Eats, Publix Instacart, etc. to get whatever we needed. We also rented a golf cart for 3 days to visit all the sites in Key West.We would stay definitely stay in this condo again if we stay in Key West!

Beautifully appointed condo with amazing views

We arrived late as our flight was delayed into FLL and we knew we weren't getting to KW until about 9:00 pm on Saturday night. The people at rent Key West are so accomodating. They gave us the front door code and just asked that we be quiet as several full-time owners worked and quiet hours are from 10 pm until 8 am. This suited us fine as we prefer a quiet place rather than being in the center of Duvall St. If you prefer being in the thick of the hoopla, this place isn't for you. It's quiet but within about a 20 min (cruiser) bike ride to all of the fun stuff, but you have your quiet oasis to return to after you are done. The pool was absolutely IMMACULATE and didn't have that heavy chlorine scent or drying of the skin. Perhaps it is a saltwater pool. We loved hanging out at the pool in the late afternoons after doing something fun "downtown". We did 5 activities (Jet skiing, paragliding, snorkeling at the amazing (and still alive) reef with Fury whom I'd highly recommend. So...the one thing I would change about our trip? I would fly directly into KW, catch an UBER or Lyft (for luggage) and then rent bikes for the whole week. The 3 of us flying into FLL instead of KW was far less expensive (about $450 RT vs $1500) but we rented a car for the week at a rate of about $1000, so there went our savings. My point is that the convenience benefits of flying directly into KW far outweigh having a car in KW. We were an extra hour late because there was a major accident on HWY 1...with no way around the traffic. The place we stayed in was wonderfully appointed for a chef. My wife loved it and we'll try to stay at this exact condo again when we come back to KW and we'd definitely rent from RentKW thru VRBO. I have to give one more shout-out about the views from this condo...simply gorgeous. Matt

The rental was very clean and well appointed. The crew was disinfecting as we arrived and we saw cleaning crews daily in common areas. The pool was clean and warm and the chairs comfortable. The unit had all we needed including beach towels, washer and dryer, and comfortable beds. The showers have been updated and are awesome. We would stay here again/

Great rental!

Great place to stay! Loved the 2 pools. Walking distance to Higgs beach! We really appreciated the stocked beach towels and pantry necessities other renters left! Made grocery shopping so easy. Very quiet, 5 -10 minutes from Duval and cabs and Uber’s were easy to get as well. We are still in touch with other families we met in the pool! Great rental!!

The property manager was very professional and helped out with some mishaps on my part. Loved the large balcony with comfortable furniture that allowed a person to sit back, relax and enjoy the view of the ocean. Liked that this was just far enough away from the center of town. Loved the nature center down the beach from the unit (within walking distance) and the restaurant there too. Have already talked to friends about renting this condo if they go to Key West.

Sweet Stay at Key West

This is a sweet rental, very comfortable and with all the anemities you could want for a vacation. The unit is clean, and well appointed. Unlike some other places we have stayed, the family room furniture is very comfortable, and the deck is a great place to hang out after a day of activities. The bathrooms and appliances are all modern. The Beach Club is a premium place to stay on Key West, not in the middle of the noise, but easy to bike everywhere from here.

Paradise!!

We were there to celebrate our 49th wedding anniversary and we couldn't have picked a better place! From the time we were making our reservations until the day we checked out , the staff at the rental agency went over and above to insure all our needs were met. The ocean views from this place were stunning. The unit was spacious and clean. The entire complex was very nice and many times when we were at the pool there were only a couple of other people there at the same time. The only drawback to this place was location to attractions. If you want to be on Duvall street, this is a bit of a distance away. We rented a car and were able to easily get anywhere on the island we wanted.

Very Good

We had everything we needed in the condo. It was very comfortable and clean. Beautiful decor! Only complaint was it would have worked better for us if the second bedroom had a full/queen bed.

Family vacation

The unit was lovely, except for the smell of the sea weed on the patio, but got used to it after a while and didn't notice it. I would say that and the twin beds were a little small for my teenage boys are the ONLY Negatives. We had some issues with the ac and they had someone over immediately to take care of it. The condo was GREAT! It was very spacious and nicely decorated. Great view of the water. Plenty of room for a family of four with teenagers. The pool and outdoor kitchen was awesome we used it several times. Great location to everything. We rented bikes and rode everywhere. Nice workout room my boys enjoyed! Very quiet and a perfect home away from home for a very relaxing vacation! Would definitely return and stay in same condo. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything you need to cook your own meals. It was GREAT!

Family Vacation 2015

Total fun and reconnection with family. We did it all snorkeling, jet ski, parasailing, banana boat, and fishing. Our condo was well appointed with everything we needed. The view from our balcony was truly a million dollar view. We will be coming back again soon.

Beautiful view of the ocean!

My husband myself and her two children stayed in a condo on the third floor. The view of the ocean was beautiful and we spent many hours on the patio watching the water, the sea gulls, an osprey and an iguana in the palm tree. The condo was very clean and everything except the microwave was in working order. We walked to Duvall street the first night and it was really too much walking. However we called a local car rental and got a new Kia Soul for $140 for a week, which was even cheaper than renting bikes. Had a wonderful time and tons of beautiful pictures.

A luxurious and relaxing Key West experience

Rent Key West was very professional and helpful. Their app is awesome and does make communication when you need to do it really easy. #304 was beautifully decorated, luxuriously comfortable for our family of five, and truly a pleasure to stay in. We highly recommend getting your El Siboney take out and enjoying it out on the porch overlooking the sea. Or grilling poolside. Or exploring the tidal flats and beachcombing right out your doorstep. We also had a week-long key lime pie taste-off, where the obvious winners were...you guessed it, US!
