They also offer expertise in Island BBQ using local woods, homemade rubs and sauces; classic French, Japanese and Thai cuisine, and Steak House Favorites.
The Small Chef at Large, Jennifer Cornell is a graduate of New England Culinary Institute. Originally from Vermont, she has been traveling throughout the Caribbean, Central America, and The Keys for 22 years cultivating her craft. Chef Jennifer loves to design specific menus for all of her clients and is happy to accommodate any food preference. Chef and her team seek out food that is in season and seafood that is currently running to make your meal absolutely delicious!
