Located just steps from the White Street Pier and Higgs Beach, Casa Atlantica truly lives up to its name:  a home perched on the very edge of the turquoise waters of the Atlantic.  Located on the quiet end of a waterfront townhome community, this property features simply the best views you will find in Key West.  Best of all, Casa Atlantica is located just a short bike ride from Duval Street and the Historic District, so you get the peace and quiet of the tranquil shore without sacrificing access to Key West’s unsurpassed restaurants, shops, and attractions.

Open the door to this property and you are welcomed by an entire wall of floor-to-ceiling windows, giving you unrestricted access to the most breathtaking view in the Keys.  Slip outside on to the enormous, private, top-floor patio and enjoy the warm sunshine and salty breeze of the natural shoreline.  Playful pelicans and majestic egrets swoop and dive into the cobalt-blue water directly in front of you!  This is true coastal living at its best.

The large patio doors can be left open to allow the ocean breeze in to the spacious studio living area, which features a king sized bed, comfortable chairs for lounging, a flat screen television and a large dining table.  The fully equipped kitchen features a glass-top range.  Down a short hallway is the large, unique bathroom featuring a glass enclosed shower and lots of closet space. The entire home features distinctive, Adobe-style rounded walls and charming brick tile floors.  The whitewash walls reflect the lovely natural light and create an effect that is fresh and soothing to the senses.

If you want to put your toes in the sand, head downstairs to charming tiki hut right by the water.  This property also has a shared washer and dryer and limited street parking.  Please be aware that this unit is accessible only via 3 flights of a centrally located staircase.

If you are dreaming of a vacation by the shore, it doesn’t get any closer than Casa Atlantica!

We love Key West and we loved Casa Atlantica. We stayed here in 2013 and knew we’d cone back. We booked C/A as the views from the balcony are spectacular! However, on this visit, 5 years later, we found that the accommodation and furnishings/utensils were quite worn and shabby. The exterior has lost its kerb appeal and needs a good whitewashing as it’s peeling. The furninside looks like it’s been collected at a yard sale, ie: Garden furniture as side tables, wonky lamps, musty smelling cushions etc. The paint was peeling inside also and the air conditioning unit leaked onto the padded fabric headboard and we had to place a glass there to collect the water. The kitchen cupboards need ripping out as the don’t open/close properly and lights/electrical items don’t work as they should. Nothing appears to have been maintained in the 5 years since our last visit. Yes, the view is absolutely mindblowing, one of the best on the island but I feel the property is trading on this alone now.

We stayed on the third level with a beautiful view of the ocean. The climb up wasn't easy as there isn't Al elevator but it was beautiful and worth it. The place could use some updates as a burner on the stove top didn't work but otherwise it was a great place.

My husband and I just returned from a 7 day stay at this studio apartment and could not have been happier with our choice. The view of the ocean from the large sunny balcony was incredible. The covered area provided some shade as well. The wall of sliding glass doors was a special treat, allowing us to wake to the sight of the ocean. This is an end unit with privacy. The lower unit was occupied at the time and we could not hear a thing! It has a spacious bathroom with a shower, good closet space for two and a full eat in kitchen. There is a shared washer and dryer which we took advantage of and really appreciated. We wanted for nothing while staying here! The rental company was easy to work with, had great suggestions for activities and companies to consult with, places to eat etc. When we had questions, they were answered promptly and concerns addressed immediately. The concierge service was very handy and booked our side trips to Dry Tortuga (a beautiful place to see and snorkel!) and backwater kayaking, snorkling, sailing on a catamaran with Eco Tours (only 6 people maximum!). We loved both adventures. There was road side parking, watch the signs for where to park; we had no trouble finding a place to leave our vehicle. The unit is within walking distance to a dog park, beach and beach side restaurant and there was a craft fair within walking distance on Sunday. We generally walked the 1.25 miles to Duvall street and felt entirely safe in the neighborhood. We walked ALOT on this vacation, but by choice. Be advised this studio is on the 3rd floor, stairs only! Parking is cramped toward downtown, and you may need to pay to park. We often walked to the harbor and watch the cruise ships leave port on a nightly basis. There are SO many places to choose to rent in Key West but if you are looking for a quiet location with a truly amazing view, you can not beat this studio. When we revisit the Keys, we will be staying at Casa Atlantica!

The studio at Casa Atlantica was terrific! It was conveniently located in a quiet area of Key West, which was perfect for morning coffee at sunrise, mid-day napping on the deck...and quiet after-dinner drinks in the evening. The property manager, Glenda, was super helpful. The apartment was very clean. The kitchen was stocked with all necessary supplies. Check-in for key pick-up was fast and efficient. I would highly recommend this property as a vacation get-away on Key West!

We loved the location. It was really fun to rent bikes and head downtown for shopping, eating, and touring the island. The studio was perfect size. The view is worth the climb!! We loved the sunrise every morning shining through all the floor to ceiling windows. We ate breakfast out on the balcony every morning enjoying the spectacular views after our morning walks. We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We LOVED it !!!

This was my first time in Key West. I thought we should stay in Old Town for the experience. This location was nice and quiet, while still short walk are drive to downtown. Your legs will get a good work out going the 3 flights of stairs. The view is worth it!!!!

The location of the unit, on the south side of the island, is near perfect. There is a restaurant down the street, parks next door, bocce courts across the street, but otherwise the neighborhood is quiet (except for the famed Key West roosters). Yet the distance to the active nightlife is less than a mile, to which one can bike or walk. Not a large unit by any means, but fine for two. The downside was the bed, with a mattress that sagged like a hippo's skin--and your back feels like a hippo stepped on it when you awaken. The furniture in general needs to be upgraded. The company managing the property is proactive, sending notes and reminders, very professional, and easy to deal with.

The only drawback and surprises were the 4 flights of stairs walkup and no curtains on the floor-to-ceiling windows. Trying to carry bags and an ice chest up 4 flights was a challenge...but worth it. And not having any curtains and the fact that someone could access the patio to the unit from the stairs was a little uncomfortable as there was no way to lock the sliding door from the stairs to our patio and anyone wanting to could watch us as we slept, etc. We got used to it but would prefer to have this sliding door more secure to unwanted or unintended entry.

The place is perfect for a couple. Beautiful sunrises, close to White St pier. Close enough to the beautiful madness of downtown and Duval but far enough to get away from it too. Be sure to rent bikes though because it is a hike to Mallory Square. The deck is about the same size as the living area. Watched Pelicans feed at dawn and dusk. The condo is clean, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was great to prepare our fresh catch of mahi and snapper. I would definitely stay there again.

This property is an ideal location to get away from bust Duval street. Its quiet and cozy and the view is amazing. When the tide is low you can find an endless amount of sea shells and there are quite a few things to do that are within walking or biking distance, including beaches on either side of the property. Glenda was very kind and our stay was very pleasant!

Casa Atlantica Studio was perfect for what we wanted. The location was great and easy cab, bike, or slightly longer walk to Duval and all the action.The balcony has an unbelievable view and easily one of the best available on the island! We spent every morning on it for several hours just enjoying the view and relaxing. The studio had everything we needed, parking was easy, and the bed was comfortable. Honestly, this place made our vacation and we will most certainly be back!

I have stayed at the property several different times. Older building but well maintained. Very quiet but close to a variety of activities. Front of studio faces Oceanside with a fantastic view. Should be aware there are three flight of stairs to reach studio. Each stay has been very enjoyable.

We absolutely loved our time at Casa Atlantica Studio. Like others have said, the view has to be one of the best in Key West. It was hard to leave the balcony the first few days. The tiki hut in the backyard was also a very nice place to sit and relax. Yes, the stairs are horrible after walking/biking all day, but the view is worth it.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There were beach towels and weights available to use. Fully equipped kitchen was very nice.

We were able to park across the street everyday except one night we had to park in the corner lot by the bocce ball court. Highly recommend renting a bike as we didn't really use the car other than to get groceries on the east side of the island. About a 20 minute bike ride to Mallory square. We walked to Duval at night and felt safe the entire way.

Was very nice and quiet neighborhood. Glenda and staff were very kind.

Highly recommend checking out the free botanical gardens nearby.

We will definitely stay here again.

The view alone is enough to choose Casa Atlantica! Waking up every morning with the ocean right outside our window made staying here so amazing. It's close enough to the action of Duval street but far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet. The room itself was clean and the perfect size for my husband and me. I would definitely recommend Casa Atlantica for anyone who wants a peaceful vacation right by the beach.

Anywhere you wanna go is just a bike ride away. Fishing access out your back door, caught a couple snapper. Loved every second of our week long stay and plan to return some day. The balcony and view were just breath taking! It's hard to tell from the images, but the entire balcony of windows opens completely. During the winter we never had these doors closed!

My wife says it best: "'twas heavenly to watch beautiful sunrises from our pillows". To which I add that the location was terrific; between two beaches, easy walking distance to a few good restaurants and parks, quiet, and comfortable. We spent most of our time on the large private deck, which really does offer gorgeous panoramic ocean views from east to west.

We love this studio. The 44 steps it takes to get up there are worth it. We rented bikes for the week. Ten minute ride to Duval st. or Winn Dixie. Look for the iguanas in the tree tops just over the patio wall.

The condo was great. The privacy and view from the balcony made the place a fantastic experience. Nice to be away from the crowds, cup of coffee in the morning watching the ocean and wildlife. Coming home after Duval street and winding down looking at the stars. Next time would only rent a scooter and not bother with a car.

A great studio condo if you desire to be right on the ocean away from crowds, nightclubs and noise. It's very quiet except for the roosters crowing in the morning which the locals claim is the Key West experience. The condo has been recently repainted, all new furnature, modern appliances, clean sheets, clean towels,large bathroom,and great amenities. Very comfortable and clean. The unobstructed ocean view is even better than the pictures on the web site; enjoy sunrise and sunset on the guiet,relaxing private deck. Be aware there is no elevator and 42 stairsteps from street level but a great way to get exercise every time you enter! No curtains or blinds but you can watch the sunrise lying in bed. No reserved parking but we had no problem parking free right across the street every day for 10 days. There are plenty of attractions within easy walking distance; beaches,restaurant,a trolly stop for tours, and for walking along the ocean or sidestreets. Easy access to Key West historical sites via trolly,car,rented bicycles. We had a great relaxing vacation.

The ocean view is absolutely wonderful, but didn't think too much of the nearby beaches. RentKeyWest needs to stress that this unit is on the third floor (45 steps but who's counting!) As previous renters have noted, there are no curtains on the south-east-facing glass wall but that was not a problem for us.

First the positive: really nice building, lovely lanai and clean kitchen area, clean bath towels, clean and convenient washer and dryer. Far enough away from the frenzy of Duval Street to offer quiet relaxation. No problem parking, we parked across the street a bit west of the building. Also, we had to leave due to a medical emergency at 11:00 pm on our last night and while we were not able to do all the clean-up routines they asked for the on-call manager was very understanding.

The thing that brought my score down a bit was the shabbiness, all things that could be easily rectified. The sheets were questionable. There was a stain from a previous renter's bloody nose on my pillow case. The bed cover (brown, not the festively colored one you see on the online picture) was also a bit questionable, looked as if it had not been laundered for some time; it had some crusty-looking smudges on it (never an inviting event where 'community' bed linen is concerned.) The general proceedure in most hotels it to have a bed cover that can be laundered after each use. The glass shower enclosure was pretty smudgy and in need of a good cleaning. I am not one for dust catchers, and the old fan coral and other decorative items in the kitchen and bathroom are shabby, dusty, and past their prime. Better to have nothing than tired looking things.

Even with all this in mind, we enjoyed our stay at Casa Atlantica!

Only problem with this place is the large windows in the main room leak when it's raining hard. Other than that it's in an awesome location away from the craziness of Duvall with a great view.

Easy to check in and get to location. Open ocean and sunrise view very near beach. Suggest cab to location with luggage. from then on use bicycle to get around. i would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Easy check in and out. Place had everything we needed (even beach towels). We had a beautiful view out into the water. We had a spot to park the car right in front of the property and we left it there all week without a problem. We had trouble getting to the places that we wanted to go. Everything we wanted to see was at least a mile and a half away. There was a trolley stop about 3/4 of a mile away that we used, but you have to time it right with the schedule and we got caught on the other side of the key past trolley hours. It was so nice, though, that I would stay again and I would recommend it to others.

Love, love, love the location. Away from all the craziness. The patio is a destination in itself. Spent many hours relaxing and enjoying the view. Close to the beach, plenty of room for 2, quiet and peaceful. Very, very nice place to stay.

Overall everything was wonderful! The view from the balcony had the most beautiful sunrises! The location vnear the pier provided some really good snorkelling. And it was close enough to Duval to ride our bikes anywhere and at night the cab rides were reasonably priced when we chose to visit The Bull or Tony's. The only negative was the bed. Even though I got a pretty good night sleep the mattress and pillows need to be replaced and the linens have seen a better day. I would still say this condo was a winning choice on our part and would do it again!

We had an awesome time in key west and loved the condo. It is perfect for a couple.location was awesome.far enough away from downtown but close enough to get to anything in less than 10 min. Beautiful view to wake up to every day. We would absolutely recommend this to any couple looking for a perfect vacation spot.We will be back!

The view from this property is utterly breath taking. We never tired of waking up to a different sky. We booked this apartment because of the view depicted on the website and we were not disappointed, even down to the visiting stork on the balcony. The best holiday we have had. Would truly recommend it. PS we will definitely return.

Overall, this is one excellent vacation spot. The location is nice being away from the hustle and bustle of Duval street and the crowds. The ocean front views were spectacular and the balcony was very spacious. The specific unit we stayed in had all the utilities and appliances we needed to make our stay convenient and cook our own meals when needed. I did not care for the attitude of the resident on the first floor who yelled at us for coming back late one Friday night at 1am. One other negative is there are 45 long steps up to the unit and they are extremely loud. But hey, the exercise is great just don't try to carry anything real heavy up the steps. Overall, very nice place and more importantly very relaxing. Would definitely come back again!

Staff was very helpful and responsive. Property was neat and clean, just as pictured. Would've loved a bbq on the patio so we could've enjoyed a nice evening soaking up that view.
