Welcome to The Palms @ Windsor Lane! Once you enter this newly renovated and professionally decorated oasis…your vacation begins. The Palms has been created to meet your every need. The location is perfect; located just three short blocks from Duval and tucked away on a quiet lane so you can choose your level of activity. The almost 1800 square foot townhome is easily accessible to the action of Duval and yet private and quiet for those wanting peace and tranquility.
The property consists of three ensuite bedrooms, a modern kitchen with high-end appliances, generous dining room and family room. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a granite counter and bar top for prepping. Morning coffee may be made using the Keurig or the regular drip coffee maker. The openness of the family room, dining room and kitchen offers a fantastic space for family and friends to gather before and after experiencing the wide array of activities offered in Key West.
Of course, this property comes equipped with great outdoor space that includes a private dipping pool. There is also a gas grill and outdoor dining table on your private deck. The Palms at Windsor truly has everything a group or family needs to enjoy a memorable vacation in Key West.
Entering the second floor main bedroom, you will be greeted by a stately king bed and seating area that includes a pull out sofa. The ensuite bathroom is richly appointed with a tiled shower and a dual sink vanity. The additional second floor bedroom includes another king bed, en-suite bathroom with tub and private balcony. The first floor bedroom contains two twin beds and has a private bathroom with shower. Each bedroom comes with a large flat panel TV and iPhone chargers.
The family room has a flat screen TV, and blu-ray DVD to enjoy your own streaming video services. The laundry room with new washer and dryer is on the first floor. The townhome has central air conditioning and heat.

We feel so lucky to have found this place located in a convenient area for a great price! Plenty of space for 6 adults, clean and safe.Enjoyed the ability to walk to many places, including the basilica for mass, Duval St., scooter and golf cart rental company Minty, and other places including the rental office. Comments for improvement: The rental seemed to lack scissors and lighter. Bikes would have also been nice!4 stars for condition due to broken glass at the entrance.

Family Celebration

This was our first time to the Key and we celebrated my husband's 65th with our grown kids. Our duplex fit our needs perfectly. Located in the heart of the historic district, we rode our bikes everywhere. We enjoyed the small heated pool and used the gas grill for dinners on the patio. The house was beautifully furnished and the beds were very comfortable. Wish we could come here every year for a week!

Wonderful Windsor!

From the initial booking through the final day of our stay this vacation experience could not have been any better! All communication was prompt and smooth leading up to our vacation. Once in Key West a quick stop at the Rent Key West office and we were on our way to a slice of paradise at the Palms at Windsor. The house is beautiful and well stocked with anything you might need for an amazing stay. The backyard and pool is it's own little oasis where we spent mornings in the sun, sharing the space with our Iguana friend or evenings in the Key breezes. We were sad to leave and will definitely be back again!

The Palms @Windsor was just as described and beautifully decorated. It was plenty big for our family of 5. The pool was perfect after a hot day at the beach! Other than driving to a beach,we didn't have to drive anywhere else. We walked to all the restaurants and bars. The townhouse was in a great location! The property was clean and very well maintained.We received great customer service! There was a concierge service that booked our dinner reservations for us.The restaurants that we dined at were fabulous! We ate at Lattitudes,Santiago's Bodega,Bliss,La Trattoria(Duval St.),Deuce's off The Hook Grill and Hot Tin Roof.I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and relatives! Very nice home, easy to get to. Location couldn't be more ideal, only 2 blocks to Duval St, groceries within 2 blocks, about 7-10 minute drive to the airport. Couldn't have been more pleased.
