This is a phenomenal location and our second stay at this property. The property is great and the location quiet, very convenient to beach & groceries, and an easy bike-ride to down-town. The only criticism I have is that there are no curtains. Due to the location, this is not a privacy problem, but prevents sleeping in as the sun streams directly in first thing in the morning. Really the only thing preventing it from being perfect.

Generally all was fine. Better shower head would be good. Blinds or curtain at the huge windows would be nice too.

What a great place to spend a week, it was an amazing spot. The suite was very inviting with wonderful views and a great private deck. Very friendly people lot's to do with all the history and galleries. I fell in love with it... hope to be back some day.. till then I have all my wonderful memories.

Great views and amenities!! Have a bike to get to town but the condo is well worth it!

The ocean views can not be beat.Huge deck but no lounge chairs to relax and take in the views.Throw 2 lounge chairs on the deck and I'll be back.

This is our second year to stay at Casa atlantica. Love the quiet and watching the ocean. Park next door is known by locals at "homeless park" but we didn't experience any problems. Great effeciency, top floor with private deck.

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to meet during his two week leave from Kuwait. Large enough for the two of us but small enough to ward off others from trying to visit our bliss bubble. The location is perfect - our studio condo overlooked the ocean and the most spectacular sunrises nearly every morning. Within a mile of Duvall Street, we walked everywhere! Loved this place and the service we received from Rent Key West was awesome! Especially when my husband arrived two days early and they opened the condo up to him early! Five gold stars!

overall i was very happy with the rental. I wish it had shades so we were not forced to get up so early since we are on vacation after all!! it made me uncomfortable that the unit did not have a lock on the patio door leading out to the stairway.The neighbors would leave the downstairs door open which would leave us unsecured. there was a grill available on the first floor but no where to sit to eat. The unit was very clean and the location was great!! the lounge chairs on the deck need replacing-they were unusable

We enjoyed our stay so much we booked another trip as soon as we arrived home. Sunrises were breathtaking and the bird watching from our balcony was incomparable. We have enjoyed our stay at Casa atlantica and look forward to our return. Highly recommended!

I prefer to give good reviews or say nothing. Though, want to say that the view was wonderful, the price was reasonable and we were there 5 nights. The beaches were clean and the Danger cruise was the best! It was our first time to KW though and there was no real welcome information from the Rental Company. After we picked up the key that was left for our late arrival, we didn't hear from them until the 3 day. Now, the dishes, pans and coffee pot were all dirty and we had to rewash them and the floor was dirty. Okay, not such a big deal I know how to wash dishes. A rug or two would have been nice, especially in the bath area so feet didn't get immediately dirty out of the shower. The shower area is small and the biggest thing with that was that the shower floor was very slick and there was nothing down to get a good grip on. So, that felt a little dangerous. My biggest issue though were the area of the condo and the bed sheets. The area was a little rough around the edges (loud music, folks camping out in the park area next door, etc.) so we were a little wary of the crowd that seemed to hang around. We didn't have any issues directly though and there were plenty of police patrolling. Plus, It doesn't cost that much to keep nice clean sheets on the bed and throw a few rugs around. The sheets were well worn and grainy. When I pay to stay in a place if the sheets are clean I'm not going back.

Loved the top floor, end unit. Excellent atlantic Ocean views! Parking across the street was only a problem once when no space was available. Large private deck was the best! Would recommend having a non-skid surface in the shower floor.

This was a nice little studio apartment. There were only two downsides and they were minor for us. One: people who can access the building (the outside door does lock) can access your balcony and you cannot lock it, and also then, because its all windows, they could see in. Now while we were there, the place was empty so we had no problems (not sure it is a problem, I just would have been uncomfortable with a lack of controlled privacy). Two: The dishes were moldy and we had to rewash many of them. There is a warning and explanation on the cabinet door, but that was a little gross. Otherwise, a perfect vacation spot and would stay there again.

The apartment was comfortable-- The T.V. did not work during the week No curtains on the sliders--deck in front of the sliders was a communal deck--a little lack of privacy.

location was perfect. staff at rent key west was pleasant and accommodating. the studio itself felt like home. very well maintained. the price was reasonable, comparatively speaking. the only issue i had was the internet was in and out.

We loved our stay in Casa Atlantica and as soon as we got home, we were already looking at our calendar to return. The view from the room and the balcony are amazing. We watched the sunrise and sunset every day. We rented bikes for the week and found that the easiest way to get around and nothing felt far away or unsafe riding at night. We did have some minor issues with the place (cable wasn't working, toilet ran, lightbulbs were out, vanity light in bathroom was unreliable) but we weren't in the unit long enough for it to be a bother. Like I said...we will be back!

Since we had such a great stay in 2008, my partner and I decided to book yet another great vacation in Key West. Hospitality A+! And you just can't beat that view every morning!

The apartment is beautiful and the ocean is your back yard. The stairs are a little much after a full day on Duval street

This studio was more than we could have ever asked for. The floor to ceiling windows allowed for a magnificent view of the ocean. The studio was the most spacious studio we've seen in a while. The area was quiet and off the "touristy" path. We have already recommended this property to others planning a trip to the keys. The only thing I would warn people about is that there are many stairs to climb to reach this property but I promise it will be worth every step! Leighann and Audra

We rented this room because of the location. We didn't want to be too close to town, so this was the perfect setting. The room overlooks the water and has a wonderful outdoor patio. It is extremely quiet and charming. It was very easy to pick up the key in town and return it when we left. The only drawback is the area where we had to park our rental car across the street. It only takes a small amount of rain to flood the dirt parking area (it is not paved) and many days we could not get into the car without wading through ankle deep muddy water. We would certainly stay here again, but it would be nice to have better parking options.

This property was a simply amazing place to stay. Compared to many of the hotels/motels in the area, this property is a million times better. The views are amazing, you wake up every morning to the sun sparkling on the ocean-it doesn't get any better! The balcony is perfect, the decor is interesting and comfortable (a great place to go back to after a long day at the beach), right on the beach, perfect location, just amazing. All in all, there was nothing I didn't like about staying here. I loved it, I didn't want to leave! Perfect vacation rental...I have been recommending it to everyone!

This was a wonderful studio apartment. I would stay there again! You have a beautiful view of the ocean which is just what I wanted!
