My husband and I had an awesome time in Key West. Our three adult children enjoyed having their own bedrooms. The condo is beautifully decorated and nicely appointed. The living area was ample and very comfortable. We especially liked the nice selection of restaurants available right off the elevator. It had the feel of staying in a hotel but so much nicer. I highly recommend this penthouse and Rent Key West Rentals.

The condo accommodated all 7 of us perfectly. It was a great place in a great location. While we had a car, we didn't need to use it. Cvs is 24 hours and right around the corner. And very close to all activities we do when visiting KW. The property was pretty, needed a little facelift with most of the plants in pots versus the planters. The pool area was terrific. We used this area the most. Adding this here because I can't navigate down. One other thing to mention was the hit water heater on the upper deck has a rusted floor pan and leaks rusty water on lower patio. This could be a safety hazard as if it completely let's go, it could burn someone. The aC wasn't working when we got there but was quickly repaire. The day we left it wasn't working well - but worked well up until then. The only recommendation that I would make is to put blankets in each bedroom. The comforters were very thin and the house cooled down at nightand could get quite cold. There was not one blanket in the house. The only other suggestion - and this is petty - would be to put a better quality toilet paper for your guests. We purchases our own after the first day. Again petty but one of my pet peeves that I notice. One other item was where we parked in the garage, there was a thick sticky substance that leaked from above onto the car. It hardened. If you look up you can see icicle formations where the leak has coagulated and hardened (forming what looks like icicles). We are hoping the paint can be restored from this unknown substance. We come to KW for a week every year and gave been doing so for many years We sometimes go twice a year when we can. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others. This amazing 4 bedroom home is located in an unbeatable location, right on Duval Street but away from all the noise. The property is large and comfortable, very clean and with great amenities (towels, soaps, kitchen appliances). The only thing missing would be a grill in the terrace. Although the pool is smaller than we expected, it is very nice. The service during check-in and out was very good , they provided us with really helpful information. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling with family or a large group and who wish to get to know Key West.

2 significant disappointments. French doors from Master b/r to deck was inoperable and a/c was undersized for penthouse. Temp rose sirnificantly during the day and barely recovered at night. Everything else was excellent

The Condo was in an excellent location and we practically has the pool to ourselves. The place was plenty big enough and let all who stayed have fun...I would recommend it

We come every two years and we always stay at the Duval Square Penthouse. We have a large group that includes small children and teenagers. Everyone is a clean,beautiful,comfortable and safe place for everyone. Everyone has their own bedroom and bathroom so we can all be ready to go out the door in 15 min. if needed. Our air condiioning unit was having a little trouble and as soon as I reported this to management, I had two repairman within an hour and they had it running great it no time. We love it here!

We stayed at Duval penthouse with 4 couples total the condo was absolutly spacious and beautiful we stayed a week and would stay there again we have rented private houses in the past but this condo was perfect if I had only one complaint it was the pool was not very clean the 1ST day it did get better in the week and one of the owners complained at 8PM we were too loud at the pool the 1ST Nite we may have been laughing but it was early I would Recomend the condo to anyone with a large group

The penthouse has lots of space and light so the 8 of us never felt crowded. The furnishings are relatively new, of good quality and tastefully chosen. The location on Duval St is prime.

We visit Key West each year with a group of friends. This year we had 4 couples in the Duval Square Penthouse and it was great! We each had our own bedroom and bathroom along with a 1/2 bath on the 1st floor. The decor was beautiful with lots of open space and seating for everyone to hang out without feeling crowded. The location is awesome, a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and bars. The pool was a nice size with plenty of lounge chairs. We would absolutely stay here again!

This property is located a short walk from the "Southern Most Beach in the USa" and a 10-12 minute walk to the center of the Duval Street nightlife and shops. It is an easy distance to access all the good things Key West has to offer; restaurants, bars, shops, nightlife and beach. But the benefit is- it is in a quiet area and away from the craziness that can ensue until the early morning hours. The property was very clean, safe and had all the modern amenities one would desire! Ipod docking station, very nice living room and flat screen tv, etc. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for clean and modern place to stay that is close to everything!

We rented this condo for a family wedding. Totally amazing condo in every aspect: location, service, decor, cleanliness. This condo helped make our "wedding vacation" an a+ experience!! Would definitely rent here again!!

It was as expected, excellent, we had stayed in 2007 and that is the main reason we came back. The condo is spacious and allowed us the privacy you want even when staying with friends and it had a couple rooms we could all gather in during the day and tell each other lies. The RentKw staff was great going so far as to help us play a joke on one of our friends and answer all questions we had. This is what we look for when traveling since we all travel quite a bit together. Should we come back to KW we will definitely be looking at RentKW again.

We stayed in the 4 bedroom, 5 1/2 bath condo. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room. The one thing we really liked was that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. The only thing we were disappointed in was the pool area. This is one area where an upgrade is definitely needed. The location was great - within walking distance of all the Old Town activities.

We loved the condo; it was very spacious, very clean, nicely decorated and very centrally located. Two air conditions and lots of fans made it very comfortable. Parking was excellent and security was great.

I stayed here with 8 friends on our annual May Key West reunion trip. We usually stay at the Santa Maria Suites, but it was booked this year. The home upon arrival was very warm and we were told the AC was being repaired, the upstairs master bedroom had a very moist smell to it and the carpet was wet. The rental office said this was being fixed. The AC was fixed, and carpet cleaned up but the smell persisted the entire trip. I complained 2 times to the rental office who changed air filters and sprayed air freshener, but the problem still persisted causing the couple staying in the master bedroom to leave. The carpet needs to be changed! Besides the stinky bedroom the house is great for large groups. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bath upstairs and 1 bedroom and 2 baths downstairs and 2 large living rooms no one is ever crowded. We never used the pool, and the patio areas don't have much of a view, but we were barely in the house. Great location, we walked everywhere. Fully equipped to cook as well! We enjoyed staying here and would return if the issues we dealt with are fixed!

4 couples rented the penthouse at Duval Square. It was a great experience! Each couple had their own bedroom and bath in the room which was great. Giant living area and really nice size kitchen so no one got in each others way. Nice pool, although the chairs really need to be replaced! But overall we had a great time and would do it again in a minute. Great location as well. Highly recommend staying here!

This was a great location and good accommodation for a two generation spring break trip. Gated security good, although I really doubt we needed it. The condo has a little wear and tear on it, but that's to be expected. For the cost, I would had expected that the pool would be heated (it wasn't) and sufficient dishwasher powder should have been supplied (it wasn't and our request for more was met with a comment that we shouldn't be washing so many dishes). We were also told that we were responsible for toilet paper. Please, for $450 per night??

The Penthouse was beautiful! We had 8 adults and it was perfect. Every couple had a room and their own bathroom; and the two single friends were able to share a room without having to share a bed! Location was perfect......to the right was everything Duval Street had to offer and to the left a small piece of beach. Great experience and highly recommend it.

We enjoyed the condo very much. We had a couple glitches the washer did not work and the upstairs air conditioner had a leaking problem, but we called maintenance and they did address the issues right away. The location was excellent we were able to walk to everything would definitely visit again.

WE REALLY ENJOYED THE CONDO. WE HAD THE 4 BEDROOM, 5 BATH. WE HAD 4 COUPLES, ALL HAD THEIR OWN BEDROOM AND BATH. kITCHEN WAS GREAT TO COOK IN, WE HAD fAUSTOS GROCERY STORE DELIVER GROCERIES. THE ROOMINESS OF THE CONDO WAS GREAT. WE ENJOYED THE POOL AREA LOOKING OVER DUVAL STREET. THE WASHER AND DRYER WAS GREAT TO HAVE IN THERE ALSO. WE COULD KEEP THE TOWELS WASHED. IF WE COME BACK WE WILL MOST LIKELY STAY HERE AGAIN. THE LAST TIME WE STAYED AT A HOTEL, NOT THE SAME. THE LOCATION, LOCATION WAS GREAT!! WE COULD WALK EVERYWHERE.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean, comfortable and well furnished. The staff were friendly, helpful and accomodating. Having secure parking was also a huge bonus. I would certainly consider renting there again.

The service we receved was great. We had a big group and this place had plenty of room for all of us. We all had our on bedrooms and bathrooms and that make evryone very happy. The location is perfect and we also felt very safe in this secured building. WE LOVED IT AND WE COME BACK YEAR AFTER YEAR!!!

Vacationed with five other couples at Duval Square. The accomodations were very comfortable and the location in relation to daily activity was perfect. We were close enough to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go and the restaurants and bars within the square were very nice if we wanted to stay in the immediate area for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The cigar shop in the square also had a nice selection. We also enjoyed the pool which was just steps from our door, and Key West Golf Club was about fifteen minutes away. Our group is looking forward to another vacation at Duval Square.

We stayed in this apartment in April 2007. We parked up underneath Duval Sqaure, the best thing being for the rest of your holiday you do not need to get back in your car again until you leave. The home was immaculate when we arrived, bright, well furnished and airy. The bedrooms/bathrooms were magnificent as well as the kitchen/lounge/diner. The location was perfect to allow us to walk either to the beach at the top or to the heart of Key West life at the bottom. It was just faraway enough not to be disturbed if wanting an early night. I cannot rate Key West highly enough as a holiday destination and will definately use Rent Key West Vacations to source a property to stay on this sumptious island. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!

What can I say this is a great place if you have a large family. We had 10 adults and had plenty of room. Everyone enjoyed being able to walk to the action of Duval St. My husband loved having the cigar shop right downstairs. And I liked the restaurants downstairs. The Italian one was our favorite. (we went there twice) The rental office was very helpful. We will be back.

We have stayed at 15/16 Duval Square and rented from Rent Key West for the past 8 years. We have a group that varies but a core group that has been there all 8 yrs. We currently have it rented again in Nov. 2009. The home has recently been updated. The unit is very nice and comfortable. We have had a good relationship with Rent Key West and they have always been quick to respond to any problems we have had. The unit is above a nice area that has several good resturants and is close to a small market. It is right on Duval St and in walking distance to everything in Old Town. I would like to see some porch furniture on the two "decks" The only problem with the unit is that there isn't any real outside seating and there is no view. For everything it has, what it doesn't have isn't much of a downside. Staying there for 8 years should say it all!

We rented this condo with about 8 other people. It had plenty of space to make everyone happy. It was centrally located to everything!! We walked everywhere until we broke down and rented a scooter across the street. This is our second stay at this complex and definitely is our first choice.

Overall the interior of this condo was great. The common areas were very comfortable for four couples and the individual rooms and adjoining bathrooms were all very comfortable, as well. Location was superb! The back patio, though, was too hot to enjoy due to proximity to heat pumps and little air circulation; and the rooftop pool was small and hot (not very refreshing)!

We stayed at the Penthouse at the Duval Square Condos & loved it! The condo was spacious, clean & in a great location. We had four couples in our party & it was so nice to each have our own room & bathroom. The pool is small, but never was overly crowded. I would definitely recommend this condo!

There were three couples on this particular trip. Our first time to rent through RKW. This is a four bedroom three br condo, Roomy with great outdoor lighting. We found we could gather at various spots as a group or find our own privacy as needed. It was CLEAN with all of the amenities you will need in a Condo. The check in and out was effecient and smooth. The location is just off Duval St. you and walk out on the pool decking and be over Duval St. for a great spot to observe it. We were so impressed with both the place and service we intend to go back in 2010 for fantasy fest!!!

I stayed in this condo with 3 other couples in July 2007 for the 4th of July week. Everybody loved the condo! The location was great and pool was a nice amenity. We had plenty of room for everyone. It was also nice to have stores and food places close by. We would definitely stay here again!
