For flexibility in you vacation planning the Harbor Walk Hideaways are a great option, you can rent all three cottages (the Atocha and the African Queen share one building and the Pilar stands alone), ideal for families, groups, reunions etc., or each cottage can be rented individually.
Attractively austere, the African Queen is unpretentious and pretty. Located in the heart of the historic seaport, the cottage offers one bedroom with a queen bed. The curtain of glass beads hanging in the bedroom doorway, along with the wood plank ceilings and handsome crown molding makes this space unique and charming. Ceiling fans are in both the living area and the bedroom adding to the Caribbean feel of this distinct cottage. Decorated with paintings of Florida flora and fauna as well as historic photographs of old Key West, the living area is pleasantly comfortable. There is a sizable flat screen TV to enjoy as well as an efficiency space outfitted with mini refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The bathroom, fresh and contemporary, is ample, bright and designed with handicap access. The front porch of the African Queen cottage offers a great place to relax while delving into a good book with margarita in hand.
