We stayed here twice 5 years ago.A little dissatisfied with the upkeep. Not huge,but made us start thinking about trying some other places next time. Bedroom carpet was gross,needs paint,fridge was rusty,couch was dirty. The worst was the multiple hand prints we had to clean on the window above the upstairs bed.wont go into more detail about the apparent cause but was noticeable across the room.we are pretty laid back,but this stuff kind of added up.especially the hand prints missed by cleaner. as stated by another review,downstairs bed needs replacing.the phone didn't work. didnt matter because we had cells,but management didnt really seem to care when we let them know.internet service was bad.if you need high speed,forget it.coverage was spotty,and slow once obtained. agian,didnt affect us checking email,but a FYI for someone needing it.another FYI,tvs are old with no hdmi or component inputs.not huge for us. With the cons out of the way,this property has pros.location is good.right next to duvall st. and a coffee shops/restaurants.pool is nice.ability to rent both units for larger parties a plus.the units are actually divided well enough to afford privacy. We had no issues with neighbors. Pretty good sound isolation between units.management company was helpful setting up rental and storing bags. Bottom line...would we stay here again?maybe.as stated the issues have us considering elsewhere next time where before we considered it our only choice.i would recommend it with reservations. Overall i would rate it 3.5/5.

A group of seven of us stayed at Pete's cottages and it was ideal for us. 4 girls in one cottage and 3 in the other with a shared pool. The cottages were immaculate, well stocked with necessities and the rental process was super smooth. We loved everything about this place - location, pool, amenities. We only had some small wishes - BBQ grill would have been great and the pool fountain and light were on timers that would be on when we weren't in the pool and off when we were (saving money is great and all but not at the cost of your guests pleasure). Parking was limited but we lucked out and got two spots right out front of the cottages and we didn't move the cars the entire time we were there. I would stay here again and I recommend Pete's cottages if you are not looking for tons of room. Also, if you are a couple and want to rent out one of the cottages and not both, remember that you are sharing a pool with others.

My husband and I stayed with our 2 children (5 mo & 2), and my mother. My sister and her family stayed next door. It was overall a great set up for us. We as a family could stay next to each other, but have our own privacy too.The front of the house where the loft bedroom was perfect for my mother except that the spiral staircase is very narrow ans makes alot of noise when used.The front bedroom is private and a decent size.The pool is great. The location is just 2 1/5 blocks from the beach, but a 20 minute walk to mallory square.The kitchen is a decent size and user friendly and clean. My only complaint would be that the carpet in the downstairs bedroom needed a good cleaning and so did the closet and furniture.There is only one bathroom, good size. We had to wash the bathroom rug when we got there though, otherwise clean.I would recommend this place, but would request that it was looked over first for better housekeeping.

We stayed and rented out both condos. The condo was perfect and location was even better. The only negative thing was the spiral stairs are very dangerous and could not get suitcases up and were very squeeky. I would not advise any children to be on those stairs. Loved the pool but we all said it would be weird sharing it with strangers if you did not rent both cottages. We wished the fountain was not on a timer so we could enjoy it all day instead of noon-4. We wished the condo was stocked with toilet paper and paper towels. we only had one roll of toilet paper when we arrived and the rental company would not replenish. Location was great. we all rented bikes which was perfect! You do not need a car! We are on the quieter side of duval which is perfect. Great coffee shop right next to house. Thanks and we hope to be back soon!

Pete's Cottages was a very clean, comfortable home away from home. My husband and I stayed there with another couple and were comfortable. I loved the location as it was close to Duval street as well as close to a grocery, etc. The only thing that we had trouble with was the parking situation. We had cones to try to keep our parking spaces but people had a tendency to move them. We would definitely consider staying there again in the future.

Pete's Cottages worked very well for the four couples in our group. The location was great. The cottages were great. We only wished the waterfall for the pool wasn't on a timer.

Units were clean and stay were great. The aC went out in one unit and it was out from midnight till 11:00am the next day after 4 phone calls. I would have thought i might get a small kick back in the price for sweating all night and the day but would go back again. The pool was a great addition to the property.

These Units are nice . Great pool. The house at 507 the down stairs bed nice to be replace. It sleeps bad.. The location was great. It needs a grill of some kind to use there.. The TV in 505 the remote would not work for up and down channels. Every thing else was find.. We all enjoy the stay would stay here again..
