The second bedroom has two twin beds (which can be made into a king) with luxurious linens and a private bathroom with tub. The villas are equipped with central air conditioning system, flat screen TVs, a DVD player, security system, and fully equipped kitchen.

The home was nice but had some issues that were not resolved. Based on the money i didn't expect a broken bed room door, the alarm kept going off due to low battery and never was fixed. It kept us all up alot. dissappointing to say the least. We made several calls and never was resolved. Sad!!!
I would recommend this townhome. I had three adults and two older teenage boys. We all fit comfortably and never felt crowded. The location was close enough to walk or bike to restaurants but not close enough to be bothered by the noise of Duval. Only minor issue was the unit could have used a few more utensils and there were no wine glasses.
