An inviting deck around pool provides atmosphere for peaceful conversation and relaxation after a day of sightseeing. One bedroom is on the first level with a queen bed and ensuite bath with shower only.
The second level of the house offers two bedroom suites with ensuite bathrooms. The bedrooms are expertly decorated to offer luxury without being overbearing. Spacious and plush, the Master Suite has a elegant King size bed and a grand tiled bath with his and hers sink and large shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds (which can be made into a king) with luxurious linens and a private bathroom with tub. The villas are equipped with central air conditioning system, flat screen TVs, a DVD player, security system, and fully equipped kitchen.

We had a late arrival and the keys were in drop box as promised along with some directions. House is easy to find with parking in back. House was immaculate. We had 3 couples and everyone was very happy. Much better than 3 hotel rooms. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do. We would recommend to anyone. Only thing I would change would be softer pillows for beds.
Everything was great except: Need bigger Tv's, This was a great place to stay and management staff was great to deal with.
My husband and I accompanied by two other couples stayed at the Windsor #3 Townhome. We had read the description of the accommdations without much expectation. Sounded nice, we would be on vacation in Sunny KW what else did we need. We had know idea that we would have marble counter tops, top end appliances and tiled floors through out the place with an awesome pool surrounded by a wood deck with high end patio furniture. We all felt very pampered. The location was perfect, within walking distance of Duval and fully stocked grocery store a couple blocks away. Overall, I would travel back to KW and request the same townhouse. Our other friends are now very envious of the trip.
The internet is wireless!! You get some decent TV channels, basic cable Hair driers in 3 of the bathrooms Unit is constructed solid with good material Dcor is tasteful and current Unit is very clean, no maid service while you are there Coffee pot, toaster, tea kettle were provided as well as an assortment of utensils, pans, dishes, glasses, etc. They leave some items that past guest have left behind like, books, dish soap, coffee filters, & fabric softener. Pool and deck has both shade and sun for most of the day so you can lay out or escape. Neighborhood is quite, clean and safe and easy walking distance. Grocery store not far away, take your rolling luggage to bring back your food in. Air conditioner works great. I look forward to going there again!!
This property is fantastic. Well appointed throughout and clean. It is close enough to all the action on Duval to walk, but far enough away that it is quiet. I highly recommend any of the properties in this compound.
