The Villa Paradiso is a very lovely property. The photos do not do it justice. All the bathrooms are great-- with wonderful water pressure. Great amenities! Pool, washer and drier, grill! We had a dinner party for our 16 family members one night to show off the digs and were able to cook for everyone. Also, the Google Television was awesome. We had horrible luck with the weather during our stay, and the covered outside patio dining area was perfect. Rent Key West was helpful and Steve was particularly pleasant to work with. Our pool was out of order for one day, but after making a stink it got fixed-- was due to 15+ inches of rain. We stayed 8 nights-- and the 8th night seemed very pricey, but otherwise we loved it! One bad thing is there were little bugs in some of the bathrooms and we did have some palmetto bug action-- but with so many open doors, that should be expected. Also, an iPod doc would be good, although the internet TV plays pandora. One thing is the internet TV wasn't fully operational in the master bedroom, and there is no TV in the side bedroom-- that should be addressed otherwise those TVs should not be advertised.

The house was beautifully equiped, the beds very comfortable, and the space just right 5-6 adults.

Very nice private home with luscious landcaping. We loved the covered outdoor dining and the small but inviting pool. Kitchen is well equipped, the furnishings are exceptional, everything was very comfortable. Only one exception, and that is the master bathroom which is need of a renovation.

The house was great!!!we paid for the heat in the pool and they pool never worked, called and no one ever came to fit it.

A group of three couples, no kids, looking to relax, but stil be able to enjoy all that Key West has to offer. We make annual trips to Key West for group vacations. Location was great for us, we have stayed closer to Duval in the past, but this location allowed us to walk or bike there when we wanted, but without the noise that can come from the entertainment area. The house was great, one level, open and spacious. The pool is not large, but was very nice. The outdoor dining area was used constantly, a very nice touch.

Was a great house in a nice, quiet location. Perfect for travel with children, everyone has their own space. The beds were very comfortable. Overall the house was clean except the floor needed to be re-mopped, not sure if had been mopped recently because it was dirty from day one. Aside from that the house was in perfect condition. The only other recommendation would be to add a television in the other 2 bedrooms so when traveling with children they can watch tv in their room if they want. We will rent with Rent Key West again for sure! For other future visitors to Key West, a warning to stay away from Key West Wheels for any rentals of bikes or mopeds, they are cons! We travel to Key West 1-2 times a year for the past several years and this last trip I rented from them and it was a horrible experience! Just stay away from Key West Wheels!!! Rent Key West was fantastic though...highly recommend!!!

This is a lovely house and a quiet setting. The kitchen was well equipped. The gas grill was in excellent condition. The house would benefit from an upgraded television with more channel capacity

Had another memorable vacation in Key West! Loved the house. It was very comfortable, roomy and clean. Slept 7 no problem, It had everything we needed to cook rather large meals for all of us. Neighborhood was quiet but no one seemed to mind our late night gatherings around the pool. Quick walk to the beach and a quick cab ride to Duval st. Whether or not you'd choose this house, I highly recommend Rent KeyWest for all rental needs. Great people and great service...no hassle!

Overall we had a fantastic time staying at this home. The house was very clean and all the windows and landscaping gave this home a very tropical feel. Absolutely beautiful, beautiful home!! We only had two minor complaints while staying there, the pool service had to come out and clean the pool filter our first day there but this was taken care of right away. Also, the outside pool furniture was not usable as it was ripping along the sides. This did not affect our vacation though and we reported it to the property management company upon our departure.

We stayed at the house with four 3y/o children and two other couples in early august. The house had everything we needed. It had a wonderful pool (that remained cool even in the 95+ heat), laundry (with detergents, dryer sheets, etc on hand), full kitchen (with all dishes, cooking utensils, pots/pans, etc) and cable TV/wi-fi for the couch potatoes. The house had everything we needed to keep all ages amused. The split plan of the house worked perfectly for the three couples and children as it allowed all to be close but separated when you needed quiet time. The landscaping was beautiful and made you feel like you were on a tropical island (which you are!). Attractions and stores were close but do require a car or scooter to get to (bring quarters for the meters, Mallory is overpriced now). The house was perfect for the number of guests, had plenty of entertaining space and behind the gates you felt like you were the only people around.

The home was nice but not what I am used getting for the price of the rental. I realize Key West is more expensive but the house was not what we expected for the price we paid. There was no TV in two of the bedrooms and one bedroom had very small beds and a tiny shower in the bathroom. The A/C in the largest bedroom was a window unit that did not put out cool air very well.The neighborhood was nice. There was a dog behind the house that barked all evening and morning but we tolerated him. I believe we could have rented a nice condo near the ocean for the same price. I would not return to this house again.

Villa Paradiso was the ideal home for our recent visit to Key West. The people at the real estate office were very accommodating and prompt to send help when we called. The bedrooms were spacious, however, the room with the trundle bed lacked air conditioning and tended to be warm. The bathroom with the skylight lacked a fan, which caused moisture build up. The location was ideal it was an easy walk to the beach and a short ride to Duval. Our only complaint was the wireless internet service which went out after being reset and could not be reconnected.

Like moving into a tropical garden, Villa Paradiso is the perfect getaway to relax. Close to the beach, actually close to everything, without the noise and traffic. House is very nicely furnished with so needed air conditioning during hot days. Rent Key West was professional and helpful with the arrangements.

Great service from rental company. Home was clean and beautiful, yet felt very "homey." Pool was fabulous, and outdoor eating area was soooo nice. My kids (ages 20 and 22) are very selective and they loved this house. Would definitely recommend this home to a family for a vacation.

We stayed the weekend of July, 10th and it was awesome! The pool in the back was ideal and a great way to cool off. The weather was fine and only rained once. The taxi downtown was very cheap and the night life in Key West was great. We used the grill for our last night in Key West and it was the perfect way to end the weekend.

The shower is the master bedroom hurts because it hits you so hard. The shower is the hall bathroom would not drain and I called on the first day to report this issue and nothing was ever done about it. We wanted to grill out one night and looked at the grill and it was burner was clogged up. Other then these issues the house was nice and the area was very peaceful

We chose the Villa because it advertised 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. I would advertise it as 2.5 bedrooms. However, the space worked out very well for the 6 of us. The home is graciously appointed and easy to live in. The small pool area was a perfect gathering spot. There were other decks and seating areas when each of us choses a bit more privacy. The Villa was within walking distance of the beach and the neighborhood was very safe feeling. At check out time, each of the 6 of us said we would easily rent the Villa again.
