The unit is lovingly decorated with tropical décor, rattan furniture and designer ceiling fans throughout. Comfortable and charming the living area, dining area and kitchen are an open air design and offer a spacious and airy feel. The kitchen is fully equipped, has ample storage space, double sink and a eating area for two. After enjoying a fabulous meal at the glass top dining table, retire to the living area, accented in pretty light greens and pastels. Make sure to bring your binoculars and a bird book, your private balcony overlooks the Key West nature preserve. A diverse and unique Eco-system, great white herons, egrets and other bird life, are frequently sighted fishing among the mangroves.
The master bedroom has a queen bed and boasts modish rattan furniture and offers a fabulous walk in closet and a large bathroom with a double sink vanity. For your convenience the master bedroom has a nice sized writing desk with chair for setting up an office/computer area. The second bedroom is stylishly furnished with a queen bed and has roomy closets and individual access to the shared bathroom. The third bed room, pretty in its beach motif, has two twin beds and looks out over the landscaped gardens of La Brisa and the swimming pool.
