I have posted this review on the Vrbo.com site as well. This is a well maintained and well equipped condo-- plenty of beach towels, well stocked kitchen, etc. and with the fantastic view, we found ourselves dining in most of the time. The entire condo complex is very well maintained, and the large pool is exceptional-- we had it all to ourselves each day; especially appreciated the cushioned lounge chairs,the shaded areas, and the warm pool temperature! An extra treat was seeing an iguana pass by the pool one day and crawl up a tree. The master bathroom shower is amazing-- great shower power, a variety of shower jets, and the mirrors at the back of the shower open into the bedroom allowing you to enjoy a full ocean view while showering. When we relaxed on the balcony, it felt as if we were on a cruise ship as we were surrounded by the ocean. Enjoyed watching the cruise ships arrive each morning too. Management was extremely helpful and responsive.. Especially enjoyed: lobster rolls at the Eaton Street Seafood market; peel and eat shrimp at Hogfish Bar; taking the Westin free boat (6 minute ride) at Mallory Square to Sunset Key island for lunch at Latittudes; great Italian food at La Trattoria; touring the Hemingway home and petting all the cats; daily morning exercise on the path along the ocean. We highly recommend this condo and we hope to return.

No complaints, great views, well apointed, comfortable, clean, new beds were great, safe, great pool area and work out gym. You will need some kind of transportation to get around town,walking is really not an option. You have your own parking spot. Wifi worked well. Very quiet place. If you are looking to "party" this is not the place. We will return!!

Location, location, location - you cannot beat The Beach Club for location! Ocean front with a private sand beach on the quiet side of the island, you are steps away from a beautiful pier, Higgs Beach, and ocean front dining, and blocks away from grocery stores, restaurants and Duval Street. The master bath in unit 303 is to die for!

Let me say first; "Rent Key West Vacations" are the best, easy to work with, friendly and informative. Our stay was during the 14 inches of rain, but fortunately it did clear up for 4 of the 7 days we were there. The Unit handled the storm very well, the deck did flood but dried out in a day and a half. The Condo looks just like the pictures posted, very nice, modern updates and cozy, our only complaint would be as other people who have stayed have said; "it is the beds", OMG!! they are the worst sleeping experience i have had, I have slept better in a sleeping bag in a tent, the beds in the guest room are Spring Mattresses, I didn't even think they still made those. We loved the location and the beach front view, I would not probably stay here again though unless they fixed there bedding situations

Rent Key West was great to work with. No issues and very nice people. Condo was very nice and and the perfect location! Every thing about the grounds and place was good. The only concern was the matresses. The master bedroom one was horrible! It was extremly uncomfortable and in need of replacing, but that was the only thing wrong and the place was so nice that it would not deter us from renting it again. We loved it! We got married and spent our Honeymoon there and it was perfect.

Beach Club Unit 303 was amazing. Since we were there during what is usually hurricane season (we had beautiful weather) not only did we have a beautiful condo in which to stay but we also had the pool pretty much all to ourselves. Duval Street was only a five minute drive and we really could have walked it if we were inclined to (we weren't). We would definitely go back.

Because of the turtle nest, the beach had not been raked (we understand why) and the stench was worse each day. Missed the lighting on the grounds, too. the pool area was beautiful and comfortable. The condo was nice, but lacked in cleanliness

The only issue we had, the beds need some new mattresses. We had to flip the king size mattress, it helped some but they really need new mattresses. Besides that, everything else was perfect. We would definitely stay there again.

This unit is beautifully decorated and well stocked and appointed. Incredible views, great pool areas and fitness center. We would have given it 5 stars all the way across, except the ventilation system (we think) really needs cleaning. We all ended up sneezing a lot though the unit was very clean and we saw no signs of any allergens. We ended up noticing we sneezed most if taking an extended shower in the incredible master bath shower or whenever the a/C came on. Only other problem was one the owners cannot control. The weather was very calm and rather stagnant, which allowed the seagrass that washes up on the 'beaches' to get really smelly. Made it not very pleasant to hang out on inviting balcony or pool area. We understand the ventilation will be clean in next 2 months, so if weather changes, should be a really incredible place to stay. It is a very quiet place to stay, so not the greatest place for teenagers, but it's within walking distance of 2 beaches where there's a little more action. We would definitely consider staying there again.

Beautiful, private property with amazing views. Easy access to beaches and historical areas with a car or trolly. Night life and restaurants excellent. Was a bit chilly for water activities when there, but the whole country was in a record cold spell, so we were ok. The condo was comfortable and well appointed, however, the sun comes up very early and bright in the keys! Late arrival because of weather did make getting key a little difficult, and lock was a bit stubborn, but a fantastic time was had by all.

Great 2 weeks. The place is perfect. Thought being on other side of Island away from Malory Square would be a problem getting to where we wanted to go but it was not at all. We loved going home took 3 minutes and getting away from all the crouds. The covered parking, pool and convience of everything was great. We lived on the 24 ft deck overlooking the ocean, loved it, weather was perfect. Have rented from Rent KeyWest 4 or 5 times and they are First Class. I think we have found a home at Beach Club #303. Planning on coming back in October.

From the moment we unlocked the door to #303 and saw the view we were in love with the condo. Everything went great all week. We toured around and ate and drank to our hearts delight. We had two 16 yr. olds with us and they couldn't get enough of the pool area. It was a week of relaxing and went just the way I wanted it too. We would definately come back to the Beach Club!

Beach Club 303 is spacious and well-furnished, with a large balcony that provides a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the ocean view, especially the magnificent sunrises. Though we didn't really prepare many meals in the condo (too many great restaurants in the area!), the kitchen is well-equipped to do so. The parking garage under the building was quite convenient. Clearly one of the nicest condos we've rented in our various travels. We would certainly request this unit again. The office staff at Rent Key West were also very friendly and helpful. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon when their office was closed, but they made certain that everything was in order for obtaining the keys to the condo and providing clear directions to the unit.

Apartment is easily the best we have rented over the several years we have rented in Key West. Right on atlantic Ocean. Good size apartment/balcony. Nicely furnished in all rooms. High security. Garage parking. Right across from elevator. Would have given 5 star overall except apartment was dusty and needed some maintenance. Have advised Rkwv and hopefully this will be corrected.

we have stayed here 3 years ago in this same unit #303. it has had significant upgrades in kitchen and baths.will definitely stay here again for next lobster season.

The condo was great. The view was excellent. The condo could use a few more kitchen items, like pots,pans and skillets. Other than that, the condo is an excellent palce to stay. We plan on returning in the near future.

I had seen the comment from another reviewer about the smell. We also experienced it. We bought candles and that seemed to help at least while they were burning. I thought it could have been a bit cleaner. We found a fair amount of old food stuff still in the cabinets.

This is the 2nd year in a row that we stayed in this unit. We really like it. The only problem is it is in need of new furnishings. Especially the blinds in master bedroom and outside terrace furniture. The fake plants also need a good bath. But it is a comfortqble unit and we will be back.

This was our second time renting a condo at The Beach Club located on Atlantic Blvd. This secure gated complex overlooks the beautiful Atlantic Ocean just a few miles from downtown Key West and Mallory Square. The condo was very comfortable, clean and decorated beautifully. Our favorite feature is the 24 foot lanai will comfortable furniture to relax on while viewing the beautiful ocean. From here you can watch the jet skies, wind surfing and other water activites. Staying in July provided a quiet setting as we enjoyed the large pool with few other guests. It really felt like our own private pool. After returning last week we plan to begin saving for a return trip next July, making this our 3rd trip to The Beach Club and Key West.

If you are looking for a great place to stay in Key West, Beach Club #303 is the place. From the minute you walk in you know that you have no worries. From the juzzie tub in the master bedroom, which by the way has mirrors what open out and you can lay back and actually see the ocean. What more can you ask for after a day of walking the beach and Duval Street. This unit is bright and has lots of room to move around. If you are looking for something with a little different look then this is the place. The beds were wonderful, when I did sleep it was nice. The 2nd bedroom has lots of room and shelves and the bathroom has an oversize shower. When you find time to watch TV, you have three to choose from. Our girls brought there Wii and played at night in there room. There were plenty of linen, lots of towels and extra sheets and blankets. The only thing I would bring would be a pot or two, this unit did not have a lot of good cookware to choose from. From our deck we could see the cruise ships coming and going along with the jet skis, sale boats and of couse my girls favoirt the parasaling. What a sight to watch. Our unit was very quite and peaceful. I would look from the deck and see the girls swiming in the oceanside pool. Also the pool area has a picnic area that is covered with a very nice grill, sink and refrigarater where you can cook out in the afternoon and enjoy the pool and the ocean. White pier and Higgs beach is a very short walk and a very nice area to swim around and find different sea life. This has to be one of the best units we have ever rented and it looks like my family is going to vote Key West again next year and we will be staying at Beach Club #303.

Unit 303 at the Beach Club was really luxurious and enjoyable. Nice bedrooms with flat panel high definition televisions and a huge living area with a large tv. The full kitchen was large and modern. Nice big balcony accessible from living room and master bedroom overlooking pool and ocean . Very well maintained with everything in working order. Every day we were able to pull several lobsters from the ocean lust snorkeling from offshore behind the condo. Our kids loved it. We would definitely stay there again and are strongly considering going back for the start of lobster season in August 2009. Check in and check out was easy. Very short drive to Duval Street and all Key West areas of interest.

we were completly satisfied. the organisation was good, easy to find the office and get the keys. The first look through the door- you look on the ocean. Had a great time, will come back this year....

This two bedroom, two bath condominium unit was well and tastefully furnished with a large, beautiful balcony facing the ocean. The complex had a large private pool, barbecue area and exercise room in the building next door. We witnessed from our balcony the fourth of July fireworks display from the White Street pier.

I have stayed at the Key West Beach Club twice now. The accomodations are sensational. The Beach Club itself is gated with covered parking and the most beautiful views you can imagine. I loved the quiet beauty in the morning and alsoloved the fact that it is a ten minute ride to Duval ST. The pools are great and never crowded. The only thing that I can say is once you stay here you will never stay at a hotelor any other property in Key West ever again. I hopefully will be back soon.

We liked the condo but there was a peculiar odor we did not like. We had to burn candles all the time we were there. The deck was spectacular and that is where we spent most of our time.

It's a really large condo, balcony is huge. Nice furniture & location. Place has 2 pools. We like the balcony/view the best & master bathtub the least, it's hard to get in and out of. Would stay there again.

My friends & I were searching for the perfect girls' getaway & found Beach Club in Key West. Check-in was easy and convenient. The condo was perfect. Plenty of room, very comfortable. The balcony was the selling feature for me. The view was absolutely gorgeous and the large size of the balcony made it the perfect spot for meals and relaxing. I don't think we ate one meal inside. The pool was excellent and secluded. The location of the condo was excellent as well. We were within walking distance of Smathers Beach and a local Irish pub (The Shanna Key) which we loved. We were also not far from the fun of Duval. We liked it so much that we asked to stay a few extra days & were lucky enough that nobody was coming right in after us. The mgmt property was very friendly & helpful. Overall, it was the best vacation ever and I highly recommend this rental.
