Great location, condo provide great views and plenty of space for the 5 of us. Rented bikes for the week and usually rode them where ever we wanted to go visit.

Our 3rd year at the Beach Club. The location is great because its in a quiet area of the island. When we want to venture out we have the option of Duval. The condos are very spacious. The only problem this year was one of the units were being renovated from morning til night. Quite noisy.

Check-in with Rent KW was great. Very nice folks. Bc#204 is a very nice condo with a great view. Nicely decorated, very comfortable. There were a few things that need repair, ice maker, refrig light blubs, could use a new disposal. Couch needs to be cleaned and bed mattresses could be replaced. "Noseeums" were a real problem for us, bites all over. Overall we had a very good vacation and would rent from Rent KW again.

We enjoyed our stay at Beach Club 204 - the weather was a little chilly but sitting on the balcony and enjoying the sunrise to the sound of the ocean and palm trees swaying in the breeze helped make it worthwhile. The location is quiet and secure. Duval Street is a $10 cab ride and worth it - with parking or lack of, it was expensive to bring your own car down and the cabs are easily obtainable on Duval well into the night. Suggest a later than 10am check-out - with the requirements upon check-out(remove sheets/towels, clean dishes, remove trash, etc.) limitied cleaning is required to get through the condo for the next visitor.

We were not happy with the condition of the condo: rugs in bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen were filthy, bedspread in master bedroom had stains on it, coffee pot had to be thoroughly cleaned before our initial use, kitchen counters were dirty, ice maker didn't work, deck furniture surfaces had not been cleaned and deck floor had food left on it. This was our 5th experience with renting from RentKW, all at the Beach Club. The condo we had the last time also was not clean but we thought we'd give you another chance. We spent some time on our recent vacation exploring other housing options for future Key visits. For what you charge for a week's rental I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a place that's clean, do you?

The Rent Key West staff was knowledgable and helpful; listen to their suggestions! This condo is simply wonderful. The rooms are very large and airy. The building is quiet with a view right on the beach. This is a unit that is clearly used by the owner, there are comfortable family touches throughout. Much larger than it appeared in the photos, with vibrant and fun colors that are festive and well thought out! Please, do not rent this unit, we want it available for us!

the service we received from rent key west vacations was outstanding. steve was very informative on all our questions.the home was very roomy, large bedrooms. beautiful setting on the back deck,perfect ocean view. all amenities were just a walk away.will definitely will be back.

We enjoyed the unit. All appliance were working and the unit was in good condition. The location was quiet and secure. We were close enough to drive or bike to the downtown area but far enough away that there was no noise. The neighbors in the condo comples were very friendly. We were well satisfied with our experience. The rental company was accomodating and flawless. We arrived after rental office hours but did not encounter any problems. We would do it again!

I just wish I had the money to buy a condo at The Beach Club. It's the second time I've stayed there and each time was perfect.
