This property was very clean, quiet, with a very good oceanfront view. The people we met were very friendly. The walk each morning to town was about thirty five minutes and very easy. Thanks to ambassador Kaplan for sharing his property.
Great location right on the beach in Key West, great weather, lots of sun, beautiful sunsets, nice people, lots of shops, restaurants and fun night life.
This condo was fabulous, one of the best we've ever rented. We WILL be back to Key West (barring the damn BP oil), and we will lease this unit again if available. Beautifully furnished, all of the amenities, fabulous view. The owners have a friend who lives on site, and was most friendly and helpful when needed. On Atlantic Ave., it was away from the huste and bustle of old downtown Key West, but an easy bike ride away to everything.
My husband and I have stayed other places in Key West but, words cannot describe how thrilled we were to find this place! Every adjective you can think of can be applied to it. From the moment you open the door, you can see straight thru the condo onto the ocean!! A beautiful palm tree on the beach is framed by enormous glass doors that lead to a spacious ocean-front porch fully furnished to enjoy your time outside. The living area is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is large, easy and fun. The washer and dryer are in the kitchen (BONUS!!!)The master bedroom has another set of HUGE glass sliders that also go to the fantastic deck described previously. We used the 2nd bedroom as a closet-which worked out really well for us. Both bathrooms (another bonus!!!) were roomy and comfortable. The location was perfect, quiet but close to all the normal Key West happenings. Actually I can't think of a single thing we were not happy about. We have used Rent Key West every time we have come to the Keys for the last 3 years. The folks are always friendly, helpful and accomodating. If you are contemplating renting this unit, you will not be disappointed. It is awesome!!
This unit was just lovely, the view off the terrace was amazing. We had the pool (one of 2) to ourselves everyday. We never heard any of our neighbors. Although the beach was not manicured, the unit was very close to 2 beaches, if you want to sit in the sand. We could see cruise ships and parasailing right off the pation. I can't say enough, it was GREAT.
