We loved the condo location however, it could use some updating. I had family that stayed above us (405E) and their condo was much nicer and updated. For the amount of money we spent I would never stay in that particular condo again. However, I would rent the one my other family members had upstairs. The carpet was gross - the appliances didn't work properly (fridge, washer/dryer) and the bathrooms were dated and not something I enjoyed being in. The location of the condo was perfect. I liked that it was gated. Also, the pool was nice! The keys didn't work very well for the pool area or the doors either. It was very frusterating trying to get them to work over and over. Overall, I would stay at this place again, I would just request a differnt condo as that was one was way over priced for the quality we got.
Really enjoyed staying in this apartment. It had all we needed for our stay in Key West. Good security. Nice pool area and perfect location near the beach. The apartment was just as showed on the pictures on the webpage. The only minus was very slow and unstable internet connection. Very helpful and friendly rental staff. Would definitely stay here again if I go back to Key West.
Condo was very clean and had very comfortable bed. Furnishing were adequate and in good shape. The grounds and pool area of the complex were very nice and we used the pool area daily. The only draw back to the stay was that the pots and pans were in nearly unusable condition, we cook a lot so this probably met more to us than most. Overall a very enjoyable stay and would rent again if returning to the area.

The condo was very clean and the view was great looking out at the ocean. The swimming pool was well taken care of and the grounds are very clean. This condo is very close to all the action.
The 4 of us had a late arrival but everthing went smoothly. We stayed for 5 days and are now realizing it was not quite enough time. We loved Key West!! My sister and I brought our husbands this time but are thinking about planning a girls week out. Ha Ha!!
We have been renting condo's in La Brisa for the past several years, and this is the first time that we were disappointed. This condo was much more costly that any of the condo's we have stayed in, and with far fewer ammenties. The appliances, pots, pans, towels etc were all extremely poor quality. I know that this is a rental unit, but we are used to coffee pots that deliver hot coffee, and towel that actually absorb water. The La Brisa community itself is lovely, and we will stay there again. But as for this unit...never.

Nice condo with very nice pool and easy access to beach. Free parking was great. Could use more glasses and dishes in the house but no other issues. Good place for a family w/ younger kids.
Let me begin by stating my wife, and I are seasoned travelers. I have been to Key West before, and I travel 10-12x/year. This place is well located, safe, and has a great view of the ocean/beach. When you plop down $2100 for a week for a "dated," though clean condo you begin to look at where it is lacking? The front door is weathered, rusted, unpainted, and hard to lock. They had a broken lock on the master bedroom (not very comforting with your teen), and a key lock with no key on the other bedroom (my daughter managed to lock herself out twice). We went shopping on the first day but all the pans and pots are garbage, and unusable. They bought cheap kitchen items, and they are way beyond their use. I guess too many things were either cheap, broken (remotes with leaking batteries), or old. We blew a fuse because you can't use the toaster with the microwave. There was one roll of toilet paper upon check in. Checking in with the property managers was a non-event. It was as if we were bothering their daily routine. They weren't certain if the property was ready for us, even though we were perfectly within the time set in advance and within our contract. Witness apathy, and lack of service at it's finest. Even the return of my security deposit was belabored and only upon my phone call. For a hundred bucks they could remedy a multitude of things but everything here speaks of cheapness and lack of concern. I'm sorry but this whole experience fell short on value, amenities, and service. If it wasn't for the location it would be a dump.
La Brisa is a condo complex located across from Smather's Beach on the island of Key West. Like many sea front properties electrical problems with wiring, etc might occur. The poblems in the review have been remedied. Doors may stick a little and paint may look a little weathered thnaks to the mild impact of being near the ocean. There's also new pans and towels in the condo. Rent Key West Vacations is always 'on call' for any miantenance issues that may occur.
The condo was very clean, furnished nice,and in a great location. The only negative would be the amount of glasses and the condition of some of the cookware. Overall a very nice place to stay.
The condo was beautiful. It was very clean and it had everything you needed for a great vacation. It was perfect for a family vacation. It had plenty of room. The pool area was also very nice and clean. The best part was the view from the balcony. It was breathtaking and it was private so it was nice to sit out there at night. The only small complaint I would have is the refrigerator did not seem to keep the food cold but other than that it was a perfect place for a vacation.
We loved our stay! We loved the place. Five stars. We thought it was clean, bright, and the pictures on the internet are exactly what you have! We didn't want to leave. Checkin and Checkout was easy. The pool was extremely clean and the location was perfect! The view of the ocean is unbelievable. If we ever come to Key West we would only stay here! We had a great vacation. Half the time we never wanted to leave the condo.
This was a lovely condo to rent for a family of three adults getting together for a fun vacation and family time together. The place was very clean and the kitchen proviced all the neccessary basics for meal prep. The room facing the street was noisy compared to our own home, but we adjusted. It was nice to sit out on the lanai and enjoy the ocean breezes.
Hi the vacation rental experience was okay but when we arrived there was a pile of dirty sheets and towels on the floor, there was dirty dishes and we were not sure if the pillow cases had been washed in the master because the matching dirty sheets were on the floor. Also there were no drapes on the front window so people can see in.
We came to Key West on August 1-8 and originally rented 1800 Atlantic. When we realized that the pool was broken and would not be fixed until the end of the week, we called the rental office and they were so accommodating and were able to give us another place right next door at La Brisa. We were so pleased with the move. Ocean view and beautiful, clean condo. All the amenities you need are included in the condo. Very clean and plenty of room for a family of 4. LOVED IT!!!! If you go to Key West and are looking for a condo to rent..go with La Brisa over 1800 Atlantic. Thanks Brad from Rent KW!
The condo was wonderful. The beach is right across the street and the views from the unit itself are fabulous. The condo had nice yet comfortable furnishings and was clean. The rental office staff were accomadating even though we had the wrong key given to us they brought the correct key to unit for us since we were already there. Overall great experience and would definitely come back!
