We found the unit perfect for us. We had five people. If you had to put a couple in the third bedroom, it would be a bit tight. The location and oceanfront was wonderful. Great decor and the unit had everything we needed. Great pool area and workout area. Could have been a bit cleaner but that "black stuff of Key West" was tracked in - as it seems to do for many Key West Units.

We recently rented Beach Cub #108 and our rental was not very pleasant, to say the least... Every day we were awakened by very loud construction noise, ie: very loud jack hammering at 7am, loud vehicles, loud voices, and other loud equipment. We had very limited parking with construction material and vehicles all over the parking lot. Our family was in danger of tripping over all of the construction materials placed right at the foot of the steps we had to use as the elevator was not working..the elevator was out all week also. And several days our access into the complex was completely blocked by construction vehicles. The first day we had no water for half the day. I called your company and was told it would be on shortly. Well, it was off half the day. The second day the water did not come on until after 5pm at night! The third, fourth and fifth day the water was off for half the day also. We couldn't even use the whirlpool tub because it was clogged all week. We didn't want to sit in a tub that had the previous renter's hair clog in the tub. We were not informed there would be any construction around our condo when we rented this place. If I had any idea there would be construction by our condo we would have rented another place. I certaintly would not have paid all of this money to have to put up with all of this inconvenience. When you go on vacation, it is to relax, not to be awakened at 7am by the loud jack hammering and no water to take a shower and make coffee and breakfast...And there is no beach to swim at!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the Keys. The check in process was a breeze, considering we checked in on Christmas Day. Though the condo was a little far from the action of Duval Street, being in the quiet part of town was nice and getting a taxi was very easy. We were very pleased with the size of condo; it offered us enough room for our sons and their families. The view of the atlantic was beautiful. The condo offered everything that we needed for our stay. Overall we had a wonderful time.

Overall the condo itself was fantastic. The only issues we had were the airconditioning was broken but fixed promptly and neighboring construction was quite disruptive and wish that if it were known previously we would have been notified. The condo was clean and very hospitable. i would highly reccomend Key West Rentals and plan on using them again in the future as well as this location.

The size, location and functionality of the condo were great. The pools were nice and the view was amazing! We were disappointed in the cleanliness. The place was very dusty and a bit worn. It was obvious that there had been a pet in the condo at one time. We found animal hair and we had problems with allergies. Aside from this issue, we enjoyed our stay and your service. We would consider renting from you again, just not this unit.

My family and I thought that the condo was very roomy, comfortable, and was well stocked. The view from the balcony was absolutely awesome! I would recommend this condo to my friends and would not hesitate renting it if we ever have the pleasure of coming to Key West again. The only negative thing that I can say was that the shower curtain liners are in bad need of replacing or cleaning. That is an easy fix.

The property was beautiful.It had a very relaxing atmosphere.If you are looking for lazy days at the pool,this is the place. If you are looking for key west action it's a long walk.Better rent a scooter!!!

The condo was absolutely beautiful. We all want to move in!! :)

We went to Key West with our 20 something daughters and their significant others. We all had a great time. The condo was a little far for everyday walking to get to Duval street, but not so far that it was impossible. Being right on the small strip of atlantic ocean beach was amazing. The views were spectacular and we all spent more time on the patio then inside. My only problem was that it is listed as a 3 bedroom, with a fold out couch, but the fold out couch is in the second largest bedroom and the 3rd bedroom had a double bed, no closet and was very tiny. This was not clear in the overall description and since 3 adult couples were involved this was a bit of a problem, but the young can adapt and did. We have stayed in condos since our girls were young and this has been the best equiped condo we have ever stayed at. Thank you for a great vacation.

The Beach Club condo complex is a great property, but for the price the unit we stayed in would benefit from an update of furnishings, flooring, and appliances. One of the beds was so uncomfortable we had to utilize the sleeper sofa, and the "stained" condition of the pillows and mattress covers were unsettling. Our friends stayed in a beautiful and fully remodeled unit which we will reserve for our next stay.

the check-in process was very easy. given a lot of local information at check-in. condo was very clean, beautifully decorated. two pools that were clean and maintained, grills at each pool were clean and easy to operate. very relaxing atmosphere. no parking issues, private space for vehicle, indoors. beach acess within steps from the condo. will rent this condo in the future.

We had a party of 6 adults that stayed at #108 Beach Club - We all found the home very comfortable and roomy for us all. the decor was beatiful and we felt "home". I would highly recommend the location - sitting on the deck the view is spectacular - the sound of the waves relaxing. The pool was not open due to the time of the year but the temperature was comfortable in the 60s - at home it was Zero or less - so 60 was GREAT with us.

My family and I stayed for about 2 weeks in Beach Club 108. Myself , my husband and two sons, 18 years and 21 years. I liked the location- very tranquil with a fabulous view over the ocean from the large balcony. We watched pelicans fish, and dolphins breaking the surface of the ocean just a few yards off from our balcony. However, it was a bit too quiet for my sons who headed off to Old Town whenever they could where they preferred the lively atmosphere, and the Zachary Taylor beach. The condo was spacious - 3 beds, and two friends from Boston joined us for a few days. I was a little disappointed in the decor of our condo. It looked very tired: a lick of paint would have made all the difference.
