Stroll to the Artsy South End of Duval Street and join in on the South Duval Gallery and Café Neighborhood Howl. From 7pm-10pm, the South Duval Neighborhood bars, restaurants and cafes will open their doors offering delectable foods and drink. A fun full moon night, art galleries and cozy unique shops stay open late to welcome all the Full Moon Howlers. Although a busy week with so much to do, it is important to relax and take in the tranquility of this time of year. So the “live like a local” activity this week is to relish in a sunset at Fort Zachary Taylor. Stop at the local Faustos grocery store, pick up some breads, cheeses, dips, shrimp, sushi or whatever you fancy; and jump on your bicycle and head to Fort Zach. For $2.50 per person, you have an ideal view of the sunset overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Use a picnic table or throw a blanket on the beach, it is a wonderful way to spend a couple of hours.
